Kuramae, Tokyo's Brooklin, is located near Asakusa and the Sumida River. Kuramae’s tranquillity provides a unique balance to Asakusa’s busy tourist atmosphere.
Since the beginning of the Edo Period, Kuramae was home to numerous warehouses and commercial distribution centers.
Recently, unique shops and cafes renovated from those old buildings started opening.
Let us walk around Kuramae and enjoy ''Tokyo's Brooklin'' together.
