Experience Tokyo's skyline transform as day transitions to night on our Sunset Night Running Tour. Jog along Sumida River, marveling at the illuminated bridges. Catch breathtaking views of the iconic Skytree against a colorful sky canvas. Join us for a unique blend of fitness and sightseeing under Tokyo's enchanting twilight.
This tour is suitable for beginners and advanced runners alike. It spans a total of 5 kilometers but can be modified to 3 kilometers for beginners!

Meeting Point
Ryogoku Station
- We will meet at Ryogoku Station then jog about 500 meters up the river and through a beautiful Japanese style garden with turtles, carp and views of skytree.
Secret sunset spot
We'll hop on the train for an 800-meter jog to a hidden gem with a mesmerizing sunset vista. After capturing photos, we'll leisurely explore the area for about 400 meters, soaking in the sunset's glow before returning to the train for our final run.
Twilight Trek: Riverbank Serenity Amidst Illuminated Icons
We'll conclude our run along the riverbank, treating ourselves to stunning views of the illuminated bridges and towering high rises. Total distance of this last stretch is 2.2 kilometers.
Dinner at a local favorite
After completing our 5-kilometer run, we'll treat ourselves to a delicious meal at a local restaurant!

Tour Important Information
This run is suitable for beginners and advanced runners alike! If you're uncertain about covering the entire 5 kilometers, kindly inform me beforehand, and we can tailor the run to a more manageable 3 kilometers.
Please make sure to wear comfortable running shoes and attire. If you'd like to bring an extra layer of clothing or bottle water I will be carrying a backpack you can store it in.
Please let me know in advance if you have any food allergies or other dietary restrictions.

“The perfect guide!”

We had an excellent day thanks to Leandra. She is a brilliant guide, having come up with an itinerary that met our requirements in full. We experienced the culture and sights of the city and made great use of the inexpensive public transport train system. Nothing was too much trouble, Leandra was flexible in adapting the day to our needs, taking good care of us. One of the highlights for us was a wonderful lunch in a sushi restaurant. The food was amazing and so was the price, it was such a reasonable cost. We were also very lucky to see a traditional wedding taking place. We enjoyed our day so much, thank you Leandra for being such good company. Tokyo exceeded our expectations.
