Leandra made sure I saw the things I requested but also customized things on the fly when I expressed interest. She had the back story on the places we visited. I had a minor disability at the time and she was solicitous, even standing in line for me at a couple of popular places. On the expensive side, but understandable for just one person.

We had such a wonderful time exploring Tokyo with Leandra and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly and knowledgeable private guide! From the beginning, Leandra was warm, welcoming, patient, and very easy to communicate with. She has excellent knowledge of Tokyo and shared lots of interesting information about the places we visited, Japanese culture, and everyday life in Japan. She explained everything in a way that was easy for both adults and children to understand, which made the tour much more enjoyable and meaningful for our whole family. What we especially appreciated was how kid-friendly and accommodating she was. Travelling with children can sometimes mean changing the pace or adjusting plans along the way, and Leandra was always flexible and understanding. We never felt rushed, and she made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the day. She was also very attentive to our travel preferences and helped us experience Tokyo at a comfortable pace rather than simply rushing from one tourist attraction to another. It felt more like exploring the city with a knowledgeable local friend than being on a formal tour. Leandra’s friendly personality, patience, professionalism, and genuine care made our day in Tokyo very special. Our children also enjoyed spending the day with her, which says a lot! We are tour guide was a highlight of our trip to Japan. She was wonderful to communicate with very thorough streaming knowledgeable and really had our best interest in mind making sure we got to see the highlights in Japan. I would give her a six star if that was on the list highly recommend this young lady.
