I will escort you to Tsukiji Outer Market to see the lively atmosphere in the fish market. You can enjoy walking around the market and try some Japanese food. Then we walk to Hamarikyu Garden, the Japanese stroll garden with a 350-year history. Japanese sweets and tea are served at the tea house. After the garden, we go to Hibiya Okuroji, a unique underpass facility hidden JR railroad. There are eating, drinking, fashion, miscellaneous goods.

Tsukiji Honganji Temple
Tsukiji Honganji Temple was originally built in 1617 in Hibashi Nihonbashi, but a fire destroyed the main hall, and the temple was rebuilt in Tsukiji in 1679. It appears similar to an ancient Indian structure. It was designated as a national important cultural asset in 2014.
Tsukiji Market
The Tsukiji Fish Market is a retail market selling a variety of fresh seafood, kitchen utensils, seaweed, coffee, and green teas.
Hamarikyu Garden
Hamarikyu Garden is within walking distance from the Tsukiji Market. The garden was originally Tokugawa Shogun's family garden. After the Meiji Restoration, it became a villa for the imperial family. It has become a public park after WWII. It is a beautiful Japanese stroll garden with seasonal trees and flowers.
Shinbashi / HIBIYA OKUROJI
Hibiya Okuroji is a 300m underpass facility between Yurakucho Station and Shimbashi Station. There, such as eating and drinking, fashion, miscellaneous goods, and A thoroughfare for grown-ups with a selection of shops.
Ginza Six
Ginza Six is a high-end shopping complex with fashion, Japanese cultural shops, and restaurants.

“Guide was delightful and flexible”
I needed help on my first day of a month-long stay in Tokyo -- getting a subway card and understanding how to use the system, navigating a grocery store, an introduction to my neighborhood, etc. Kumiko was totally up for this hands-on intro, and even squeezed in a visit to a building of beautiful modern architecture in my new neighborhood. Her english is flawless, and we found lots to talk about over lunch. (I was coming down with a cold though, and hope I didn't pass it on!).
