Tokyo Station Marunouchi Building, designated as an Important Cultural Property of Japan, recently underwent renovation to restore the station to its pre-war glory. I will show you red brick station and Marunouchi featuring many historical buildings. This tour will help you understand Japanese history especially about the Edo period about 400 years ago.

Walk along the Marunouchi Nakadori. Marunouchi features historical buildings and Marunouchi Nakadori is a very fashionable street. You can enjoy some art works in the street, too.

We can not visit inside of Imperial Palce including Palace building residence of Imperial family and the Imperial Household Agency, Usually Monday and Friday East Garden is closed. ( If Monday is holiday, it is open on Monday but closed on next Tuseday )
Transportion fee, addmission fee, lunch, dinner for you and guide are not included.

“2 memorable Days with Fumiko!”
Fumiko guided us for 2 days in Tokyo and Hakone. If we were staying longer in Tokyo, I would have hired her again for sure! Fumiko is very experienced and professional and is the most organized guide I have met. She had flow charts detailing the time it takes from site to site with public transportation. It was quite complicated taking trains/trams/cable car etc to arrive at Hakone.. but Fumiko managed it flawlessly. She worked very hard to make sure we are comfortable and showed us many beautiful and interesting places in both days explaining the significance of the places to us. She was very kind and showed concerns for my brother who has difficulty walking. We had 2 fantastic days with Fumiko!

“Excellent tour guide! ”
Fumiko was very friendly, very organized and very punctual. She had great knowledge of the Tokyo subway system and had wonderful suggestions for the best cherry blossoms viewing and various must see attractions like the outer fish market and museums. In addition she suggested great restaurants. We highly recommend her!

“Fumiko took us on a personalid tour that suited our particulare interests.”
Fuiko prepared a specialised tour for us. Sheanswered within 24 hours or sooner all of the questions we asked and at the end of many chats it was finalised. She also gave us a lot of advice on transport options saving us money. On the day of the trip she took us to a wonderful restaurant where mainly locals eat. Great food and very inexpensive. Due to certain circumstances we were not ready to start at the scheduled time. In fact we started an hour late.
