Fumiko is a very kind tour guide. Very approachable and very warm. She has organized the tours well and went out of her way to explain to us the transport system of Japan. She made our tour very easy . Thank you so much Fumiko for making our tour memorable

Dear Anais, Thank you very much for your wonderful review! I had a good time with your family. I really hope you and your family members will enjoy the trip and stay healthy ‼️ Best regards, Fumiko
Fumiko is an exceptional guide & I’ve travelled to many countries & had other guides in Japan. She answered all messages very quickly in arranging our tour & meeting place as I asked many questions & wanted to visit certain places. For the tour she met us at a local station and gave us a handout of area we were to tour: Yanaka, Ueno, etc. Her English is excellent and the pace was good as one of our party of three has sore knees. I learned so much from Fumiko in a fun way - about Japan history, and culture/customs, food, etc.; and she helped us with purchases. Truly nothing was too much for her to assist with. A highlight was being shown special shops - with arts, crafts, food, local wares, we would have missed on our own. We ended the 6 hour tour with drinks & some food at a local izakaya. Thank you so much for facilitating a fantastic day in Tokyo. :)
Dear Helen, Thank you very much for your wonderful review. I am so glad to hear that you enjoyed the tour. I hope you will enjoy the rest of stay in Japan and have a safe journey! Best regards, Fumlko
