MATCHA STAND MARUNI, which opened in 2018, is a stand-type cafe where you can casually enjoy matcha tea. Once you step into the stylish store with its tiled counter, the aroma of tea will calm your mind.
The aroma of the tea is very pleasant, and the tea is carefully brewed one by one upon order. Freshly brewed matcha is combined with plenty of milk to make a matcha latte or matcha cappuccino.
The store's recommendation is the iced matcha latte. The richness and flavor of the tea can be felt even more strongly in an iced latte, which is a must-try even in the cold season.
Don't miss the moment when the matcha is poured into the milk, and how beautifully it melds with the milk. How about a soothing and relaxing time in the warm atmosphere of the store?

“Thank you Yoshie!”
I reached out to Yoshie to assist our family of 4 get from Narita Airport to Tokyo Station than onto Shin Osaka station. She was not advertising this service on her profile page but as I saw she were doing tours out of Narita I thought I would ask and she kindly accepted. Communication was prompt via email. It was raining, humid and Tokyo station was total kaos but Yoshie was cool, calm and collected. She was waiting at Narita, assisted us with a suitcase delivery service, got us to Tokyo station on Narita express and during this time gave us some tips and advice. She even gave our 2 sons some lovely gifts. There is no way in the world we would of done this ourselves in the time frame we had. Thank you very much Yoshie! If we get to experience Japan again I think we would happily take one of her tours. Best regards to you and your family Rachael, Troy, Hudson and Tully Perth, Western Australia

“Perfect day trip exploring hidden gems of Asakusa and Ueno”
Yoshie is amazing ! She guided me throughout the trip and helped me explore some local Japanese places that took me apart !! Def recommend her to anyone who’s planning to walk and explore Japan from its heart and culture. You’ll visit places that aren’t touristy and will blend into the culture of Japan. The craft beer shop she took me to will be closest to my heart for a very long time.

“Exploring Tsukiji Like a Local: Best Guide Ever!”
She’s an awesome guide! Honestly, I think going to Tsukiji alone would’ve been pretty lonely. But she made it feel like I was exploring with a friend, showing me all the best spots with such a fun vibe. There are a lot of similar shops, but she pointed out ones with a century of history and some hidden gems that weren’t even crowded. The sashimi place she recommended me was super delicious. What really stood out was how thoughtful she was—she had everything ready, from wet wipes to trash bags and even sweat wipes, so I could just enjoy the experience. Next time I’m in Japan, I definitely want her to show me around again.
