Hello everyone!
I was born and raised in Kawagoe, a historic city next to Tokyo in Saitama. Two years ago, I graduated from a university in Japan, and now I work as a tour guide and study abroad support advisor.
Three years ago, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Vancouver, Canada. During my time there, I was warmly welcomed by the locals, and I discovered the joy of immersing myself in a new culture and daily life. I also learned the value and excitement of connecting with people from different backgrounds.
That’s why I now want to be the one to support others. As a guide, I aim to make your journey even more special! Through Go with Guide, I want to offer more than just the typical sightseeing experience—I want to provide unique opportunities for you to dive deeper into Japan’s rich culture.
I am committed to creating a safe, thoughtful, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Let’s not just visit Japan—let’s feel it.
Join me on an unforgettable journey, and together, let’s embrace the true beauty of Japan!
I look forward to meeting you!

“Walking around in Tokyo”
Full day guided tour, with highlights so as botanical garden with green tea, the fishmarket with typical lunch with the locals, the oldest temple, the emperors palace and the old train station. Our guide was attentive, sympathetic and helpful. We can highly recommend him.

“Brilliant City tour with knowledge and heart!”
To be in Tokyo and in Japan for the first time is quite exciting when you come from faraway Germany and are already over seventy years old. That's why we were very happy that Shunta and Kei were at our side as city guides and showed us their city. The two young charming and open-minded guides speak an excellent and accent-free English, which made connecting and communication really easy. Our wishes for sights and the course had been agreed online in advance and both were very hard to implement this to the fullest satisfaction. Responding spontaneously to upcoming wishes was never a question and they told us a lot about everyday life in Tokyo and Japan. No question remained unanswered. The best thing about the whole day with them, however, was that they did not just work off a job, but contributed with energy and fun and thus made the day an event for us. We really had a lot of fun and did not feel like customers, but more like friends or family, because they always tried to give us an optimal experience. Thank you Shunta and Kei- your great photos and the time with you will remain in good memory for a long time. Keep it up! City tour with knowledge and heart - simply brilliant! And thanks for the little gift you had prepared for us as a souvenir!

Thank you so much for your kind words, Monica! We’re truly happy that you enjoyed your time in Tokyo with us. It was a pleasure guiding you and sharing our city’s culture and daily life. Your warmth and enthusiasm made the experience even more special for us as well. We hope you take wonderful memories back to Germany, and we’d love to welcome you again anytime. Safe travels and all the best!
