“Customized Aso Tour ”
We had an incredible experience with Steve as our tour guide! He was wonderfully flexible, effortlessly accommodating our customized itinerary. Steve truly went above and beyond, bringing history to life with his detailed explanations and making every site visit more meaningful. He was incredibly attentive, even helping us navigate icy roads safely while exploring the breathtaking shrines. His humor and engaging personality kept us entertained throughout, and the conversations during the rides were a highlight of the trip! His thoughtful recommendations on routes and scenic spots enriched our experience even further. Steve is not only knowledgeable but also kind and personable—qualities that made this tour unforgettable. A massive thank you to him for making our journey so special! Highly recommended!

“Amazing and included a twist of fate”
We are SO glad to have planned to meet up with Yuji on our first day in Tokyo. As well as sharing his immense wisdom with us, he helped to find an elusive 3-day subway pass that would have been impossible to find without his help, took a zillion pictures of our family, and kept my kids (ages 12-16) smiling, interested and happy. I so greatly appreciate his guidance and insight on our first day in Tokyo. To top it all off, in a twist of fate, we ran into him the next day on the subway. In a city the size of Tokyo this seems as likely as winning the lottery. Yuji thank you so much for all your kindness. I've fallen in love with Japan all over again.

“The ideal way to be introduced to Osaka”
We started by sitting down and discussing the plan for the day and Naoki was very receptive and adaptable to what I wanted to do and what I wanted to get out of the day. So I was glad that we adapted the plan based on my priorities and what I had already seen. The result was a different plan and one which meant I got full value from the time together. Naoki is easy going and friendly. He knows a lot about Osaka and had additional suggestions along the way. He also provides good knowledge and insights into relevant history as well as Japanese thinking and culture. He completely takes away any stress of getting around in an unfamiliar city and exploring and trying out new things. He also has a very friendly and open disposition and is good company. He will adapt to you and how you want to spend the day. Whether it is follow the steps as planned or vary by introducing something which is very interesting for you. He provides value for money and gives you the introduction to Osaka you want. He helps you to see and learn new things.
