Do you like Sake? Sake is a rice wine.
Sweet, dry, cold, hot, Japanese sake has many different faces!
We can go to a Japanese style pub and enjoy many kinds of sake with lots of unique Japanese dishes after exploring the Asakusa temple town which is the number one tourist site for foreign people.
*Sake is made of rice, how much you polish the rice makes a difference to the taste of Sake. Polishing a larger surface of the rice gives it a clean-cut taste, but Sake is not so simple. Water, Koji mold, and the technique to make Sake has a great effect, as much as the Sake itself. By tasting many kinds of Sake, you can experience how the different brands of Japanese sake taste, smell, and feel on your tongue!
