“Sorry to Say”
UG is a very nice gentleman, but not a satisfactory guide. He did not know the basics of the two places he directed us to, the imperial Gardens and the Major Temple. I had to rely on ChatGPT for the relevant information. Also, he did not know where the appropriate entrances were causing us to walk quite a bit out of the way at the garden. Finally, his English is only OK. Ultimately we cannot recommend this Guide, but we wish him well as he is a very nice fellow.

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback. I sincerely apologize that my guiding did not meet your expectations, especially regarding the information about the Imperial Gardens and the temple, as well as the route and entrances. I take your comments seriously and will use them to improve my preparation and guiding skills. I truly appreciated your kindness throughout the day and wish you all the best in your travels. Yuji.O
