“Fantastic Day ”
We had such a great day. Nobu was an excellent guide - he was knowledgeable and informative. His home town is in the area so he had great stories and anecdotes that made the day special. An absolutely delightful day. Would highly recommend travelling to this magnificent area and using Nobu as a guide. Thank you.

Thank you very much for your review. I'm so happy to know that you enjoyed my tour. One disappointing thing about this tour was that we were unable to go to Geibikei Gorge, one of our destinations, due to flooding caused by heavy rain the day before. If you have another opportunity to visit Japan, I'll definitely show you around. I am looking forward to seeing you again. Nobu

“Excellent Mount Fuji Day!”
Our group of 9 (2 families - 4 adults, 2 teens, 3 kids) had a fantastic Mt. Fuji area day under the guidance of Mr. Nobu. He was able to arrange the van ahead of time which allowed us to see many things in the area much more easily that if we had used trains/public transportation. He had excellent recommendations for the order of seeing things to minimize crowds and waits. We took the cable car up for a view of Mt. Fujji and then took a boat for another set of views, had an amazing lunch at a local restaurant he arranged, saw a beautiful area garden, then saw the forrest and ice cave. The day far exceeded our expectations and we strongly recommend booking with Mr. Nobu (and splurging on a van/car option for this day trip from Tokyo).

Thank you very much for your review. I am so happy to know that you enjoyed my tour. Naritasan Shinshoji Temple is a very popular temple, receiving the most visitors for the New Year's visit. However, many people just visit the main hall and then leave. As you now know, in addition to the main hall, Shinshoji Temple also has the Shakado Hall, Komyodo Hall, Great Peace Pagoda, and Naritasan Park, which has a beautiful garden. It would be my great pleasure to help many visitors to Japan to visit these wonderful places. Nobu

Let's enjoy representing Japanese gardens in Tokyo
Japanese garden is one of the most sophisticated gardens in the world, that harmonize the beautiful and rich nature of Japan with excellent gardening techniques. The daimyo (feudal load) gardens in Tokyo are said to be the ultimate form of Japanese gardens. While touring Tokyo's gardens, we can enjoy the four seasons of Tokyo, such as the cherry blossoms in spring and the autumn leaves.

Explore two breathtaking Japanese gardens
On this tour, I’ll guide you through two of my favorite gardens. The first is Koishikawa Korakuen Garden, where a stroll around the central pond reveals four beautiul landscapes: a river, a mountain, countryside, and the ocean. The second is Rikugien Garden, renowned as the 'Garden of Japanese Classic Poems' . Both gardens, created by influential feudal lords of the Edo Period (1603-1868). Those gardens provide a serene experience while offering a glimpse into Japanese history and culture.
