Mt. Nokogiri in Chiba prefecture came off the 2nd place of Deep Spot Ranking in Japan by Nikkei Inc.
It's a little-known but a wonderful place where only a local guide like me can take you, and this is my unique tour. I would like to help you find natural and historical wonders and feel Japanese culture.
I strongly recommend this tour to travelers who like walking in trees, and are interested in a panoramic view and Buddha statues.

I liked the guide's attitude to guests. He was very kind and care about guests' interest. His tour was interactive with guest. I really enjoyed his tour.
Noriko-san, Thank you very much for your review. I also had a good time chatting with you. Hoping that everything will go back to normal soon. Best Regards, Hideaki Murayama
Hikeaki showed up at our hotel lobby early. He was very well prepared. He is attentive and gracious and will match his pace to what his clients like, which is nice. He showed us all the interesting aspects of Nikko. We enjoyed his company and felt well taken care of.
Inez-san, Thank you very much for your review. I’m very glad to hear that you enjoyed the Nikko tour. I also had a good time talking with you and your sisters. Especially, your sister invented a new Japanese cuisine. That is Tonkatsu Udon. Thank you again. Hideaki Murayama
Hideaki San is indeed very professional, prompt with correspondence, detailed in his itineraries, and accurate in his estimate of out of pocket expenses, just like what others said. He is gentle, caring, and knows how to lead us well. Among the nine of us, some wanted to linger around taking photos while others could not wait to move on. Hideaki San managed that. Ours was a one day tour in Hakone. We started out from Tokyo. Later, we enjoyed the cruise on Lake Ashinoko, the view of Mount Fuji, the Hakone Komagatake Ropeway, walking the trail to Mototsumiya Shrine, and the stroll through the Open Air Museum. At the end of the day, Hideaki San gave us instructions on how to get to our ryokan and saw us off at the bus stop. We are very pleased and highly recommend him to anyone.
Myra-san. Thank you very much for your review. As your family is so nice, I also shared a pleasant time. We were so lucky that day that we could view beautiful Mt. Fuji together with Lake Ashi. Actually, it’s often foggy and cloudy there. Did you enjoy hot spring that night? Thank you again. Hideaki Murayama
Hideaki is a very professional guide with excellent manners. He answered every question that we asked prior to our visit very promptly. He is a very detailed person and he gave us complete details of every expense that we are likely to incur apart from the guide fees with accurate details. He speaks well and quite easy to communicate and does not hurry you up while gently hinting the time limits at various places. He talked a bit about the culture of Japanese while at the same time contrasting with other cultures. He is quite flexible and was very helpful to getting us tickets for return to airport , money exchanges, showing us the easiest way to reach the express bus stand , how to reach by the easiest way to the hotel from airport ( though he was not the guide for that), how to take a mobile wifi etc. More than happy to recommend him to anyone and in fact would be our choice again for any further trips for us or for our friends
Ramesh-san. Thank you very much for your review. I hope you enjoy the tours to Nikko and Mt. Fuji. I also had a good time chatting with you and your wife. We were very lucky that we could see a full view of Mt. Fuji. Thank you again. Hideaki Murayama
