This is a very unique tour that you get to learn how to make Ramen and Gyoza dumplings! You will make noodles from scratch. We will also visit one of the famous and popular shrine in Dazaifu city after the experience. 10million people visit this place to pray every year. I will tell you the story about this shrine so that you can understand and enjoy more. You will also enjoy seeing little shops (cafe, sweets, ornaments and so on) on the pathway to the shrine.

This is a very unique tour that you get to learn how to make Ramen and Gyoza dumplings! You will make noodles from scratch. Tonkotsu ramen(pork based soup) is very popular and famous in Fukuoka. After satisfying your stomach, we'll visit Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine by train. The shrine is dedicated to a scholar and politician of the Heian period(794～1192). Over 10 million people visit this shrine, it is definitely one of the famous and popular spots in Fukuoka. There are lots of small shops on the way to the shrine, so you can enjoy shopping as well!

We enjoyed our Christmas Day in Fukuoka with Hitomi San. She took us to see the “happening” places in Fukuoka, made sure all the kids and seniors in our big group were comfortable. The pace was slow and easy for us as we requested. The children loved her and we all had a great time! She also helped us get tickets to a circus show in the New year. After meeting at the hotel where my daughter and I stayed in Fukuoka, all of us went to the station to go to Nagasaki. Right when we arrived in Nagasaki, Hitomi talked about Nagasaki and its history and a lot more information that we didn't know about before. She explained things clearly, had taught my daughter how to do origami and also taught her how to properly rinse and pray at the temple. She had also brought us to a great restaurant for lunch. I highly recommend Hitomi because of how informative she is and she also has great English.
