“Beautiful Miyajima Island Tour”
Pancho took us to see the sacred island of Miyajima. The boat ride lasted 45 minutes after which Pancho showed us his favorite places on the island. His detailed commentary gave us lots of information about the history of the island and the many shrines built there. Before we left, we had a chance to make Momiji Manju, a maple-leaf-shaped confection at a local bakery. At the end of the day, we were grateful that Pancho agreed to have another meal with us. Pancho is easy to talk to and speaks English well. We highly recommend Pancho for your guide in Hiroshima.

“Educational yet Somber Hiroshima Tour”
Our tour with Hiroshima resident Pancho was very informative and provided us lots of details regarding the fateful day of August 6th, 1945. Pancho’s family’s personal experiences gave us a particular insight into the horrific events. Pancho was very easy to communicate with and we truly enjoyed our time with him. At the end of the day, he took us to his favorite okonomiyaki restaurant to eat. We enjoyed this Hiroshima favorite dish! We highly recommend Pancho if you need a guide in Hiroshima.

“Great Day with Pancho in Hiroshima and Miyajima”
We had a fantastic day with Tetsuo (Pancho) in both Miyajima and Hiroshima. He shared historical facts as well as his personal and family stories from growing up in the area. He is a very good communicator and related to all the members of our group. He pointed out the right spot for fresh oysters and found us some gluten free okonomiyaki. We highly recommend a day with Pancho!
