“ 5 Star Experience with Driver and Transport company ”

We got to know of Luxury Transfer through our guide Kaori-san. Initially on the Go with guide platform, it was shown that they are fully booked till December. But our guide reached out to them to see if they were open to take us on our preferred date on 11 Nov. We were very thankful that they were flexible and agreed to take us on our tour. On the actual day, the transport company sent us a very comfortable car, can't remember if it was a Alphard or a Vellfire. Right from the get-go you're travelling and treated like a VIP. They also sent us an English speaking driver, Ogawa-san, who actually spent time in Singapore for 10 years. As we are from Singapore, i'm not sure if the company did that on purpose but we were actually very touched by the transport co's thoughtfulness. Also, he spoke like a local singaporean, and that really broke the ice and we were able to enjoy communicating to both our guide and Ogawa-san. The drive can be quite long so having fun people on board to communicate really helps! All through the tour, we experienced 5 star service and experience. Ogawa-san and Kaori-san worked very well together. We didn't have to wait for him, he was always there at the end of each location. And since he knows that Singaporeans don't walk as much as the Japanese locals, we were tired, he never made us walk far to the car. Even my husband was very impressed. He also took care of us very well, making sure we were ok that our toilet requirements were met. At the end of the trip, Ogawa-san avoided the traffic jams and took us on a faster route back to our hotel. He is truly amazing. He also went the extra mile to help us and make us feel comfortable. Here's what happened... As I was having some rashes and I needed to buy rash cream to apply. I asked both Kaori-san and Ogawa-san a favor to help me, as it was difficult to identify drug stores in Japan and communication with the pharmacist about my condition would be a challenge. Ogawa-san understood what I was going through and made a detour to take me to the drugstore near our hotel, he got out of his car and helped me explained to the pharmacist my skin condition and I was able to buy hydrocortisone cream there. He was my life-saver that day! If did not manage to buy that cream that day, i would not have been able to enjoy the remaining days of my trip in Japan after Mt Fuji. So thank you Transport co for sending such an amazing driver to us and Ogawa-san, thank you for all your effort and help! You are an amazing person and we appreciate you!
