“Like Being with a Friend”
Prior to our arrival, we had reserved a day and messaged Carol at GoWithGuide with various questions. She was very accommodating to some of our suggested places and her response time was quick. I am very impressed with her communication skills and she gave us a very detailed itinerary full of local points of interest. Carol met us at our hotel and it felt like we are spending time with a friend the entire tour! She is so friendly and showed us Meiji Shrine, Hachiko Dog Statue, Awesome Ramen for lunch, Cosme, Shibuya Scramble, Godzilla head at the Metropolitan Building and skyscraper views. We covered a lot of ground on our first day! She even helped us order our Shinkansen tickets and taught us how the subway system works which gave us a peace of mind. She is so thoughtful, she even took lots of wonderful photos of our family. We are so glad we connected with Carol as our local guide! You can tell she truly enjoys her job.
