Sensoji Temple, Nakamise shopping street
Sensoji Temple… the oldest temple in Tokyo with 1400 years of history.
Nakamise shopping street, developed around Sensoji temple, has many shops selling goods and clothing from old Japan, making it a great place for souvenir hunting. There are also a lot of food stalls and restaurants around the area… that guarantee you leaving there without an empty stomach!

“Beautiful Mt Takao”
Had a completely fulfilling, beautiful and invigorating hike up to Mt Takao with Carol! She is an excellent guide, who is attentive to detail with a warm personality. Throughout the booking process, Carol is always very responsive and accommodating to your request. Mt Takao makes a really nice day out of Tokyo, you do have to be somewhat fit! But the autumn foliage, views, lovely town before the hike and dinner in a very special 'chicken' place (ask Carol!) makes this day trip very worthwhile. Thank you for looking after us, Carol! Had a very memorable time with you, a new found Tokyo friend.

“Awesome Half Day in Tokyo!”
We had such a great time touring with Carol on our first adventure in Tokyo that we booked another tour with her on our return to Tokyo towards the end of our trip. Our group had a great time at the Pokemon exhibit that Carol discovered (which had just opened two days prior) at the Azabundai Hills Gallery, in addition to all the other things she showed us in our 4 hour trek. We highly recommend touring with Carol.

“Great time touring Tokyo”
Carol was an absolute joy to be with and interacted well with the age differences in our group. She was very knowledgeable and informative on all the places we visited on our second day in Tokyo. She was able to seamlessly blend an itinerary that included the historic Meiji Jingu Shrine with the modern tech found in Akihabara and find good places to eat. We highly recommend her.
