“A Beautiful Area”
Ritsuko was a fabulous tour guide for this area. She met us at our hotel and guided us through the crazy subway terminals. She also advised us to download an app to make the travel easier and it made it a breeze. Ritsuko had great knowledge of the area and made this visit feel very special. This was our 2nd tour with her, and she did not disappoint. My family really enjoyed her company. I would highly recommend using her for your tours around Tokyo.

Hi Ben, Thank you for taking the time to write a second review. If you have an iPhone, using Welcome Suica is also a very convenient option — just be careful not to run out of battery! Kamakura is one of my favorite day-trip destinations from Tokyo. It has the atmosphere of an old capital, but also a beautiful beach area, which makes it quite different from central Tokyo. The matcha experience may have been literally a bitter one, but I hope you will also have a chance to try other types of Japanese tea (Ryokucha, Houjicha, Genmaicha). It was a pleasure spending another day with you and your family. Take care and stay healthy!

“What a wonderful day in Tokyo”
Ritsuko was an amazing tour guide. Our group of 4 had an outstanding time with her during our one-day tour of Tokyo. She was very kind in helping us navigate the train stations. The visits to Seno-ji Temple and Meiji Shrine were awe-inspiring. Ritsuko also took us to Kitchen Street, where we were able to purchase knives and chopsticks from wonderful local shops. Ending with a stop at Shibuya Crossing, our trip gave our group a real sense of why Tokyo is one of the world's most amazing cities. Ritsuko could not have been more kind, knowledgeable and conversant. I would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Tokyo. We wish her safe travels to North America for the World Cup!

Hi Jason and everyone, Thank you very much for your thoughtful review. Considering that it was your first full day in Japan, I was impressed by how much ground your group covered. Thanks to your enthusiasm, we were able to visit not only Senso-ji Temple, Meiji Shrine, and Shibuya Crossing, but also explore places such as Kappabashi and Ura-Harajuku. It was MY pleasure to be part of a trip that had been a long-time dream for you. Thank you as well for your kind wishes regarding the World Cup. Your trip is only just beginning, and I hope the days ahead are as memorable as your first full day in Tokyo. All the best!

“Awesome tour guide ”
Ritsuko was a fantastic tour guide. She recommend that we start the tour 2 hours later because of the weather and it worked out perfectly. She really came in handy when we visited the shopping areas and she was able to get us help quickly. I would highly recommend Ritsuko for any tour.

Hi Ben and everyone, Thank you very much for your kind review and for spending two days with me. Our first day was a little hectic because of the typhoon, but delaying the start worked out well, and I’m glad Sofia was able to find a new pair of sneakers. The day trip to Kamakura was also a nice contrast. In addition to the temples and shrines, I was delighted to show you the Pacific Ocean. I hope the rest of your journey is going well. And while Kobe beef is famous, please also enjoy other regional specialties such as Omi beef and Yamato beef. All the best!
