Hi, I'm Ritsuko, a national licensed tour guide. I was born and raised in Tokyo.
As Tokyo is a city of many faces, I hope you will discover your hidden gems during the tour.
I love to wander around the shops and places downtown and one of my hobbies is to find daily-use products made in Japan. So I can select unique souvenirs for you within your budget!
I am football-mad and have been to every FIFA World Cup except one tournament since 1998.
I also love to go island hopping in Asia. That's why I have been to over 30 countries.
Wherever I went, people were so kind to me. So, it's my turn.
I will do my best to make your tour a memorable one!
Hope to hear from you soon.

“Charming and through”
The tour was tailor made for us. It was a wonderful day. She helped us navigate the subway, made shopping easy and found some great treats. Ritsuko used our 7 hours efficiently.

Hi Kristi and Mark, Thank you so much for your kind words and lovely review. It was my pleasure to spend your last full day in Japan together. I hope you enjoyed the yakitori dinner afterward as well! Please come back, maybe in a different season, to enjoy another side of Tokyo. Take care and stay healthy.

“Incredible Mother & Daughter Tokyo Tour ”
We spent our first day in Tokyo with Ritsuko and had an incredible day. I highly recommend doing this for anyone a bit anxious about navigating the trains etc. Ritsuko’s communication prior to the tour was excellent and she asked lots of questions about our interests to plan the perfect day! From helping us get our Welcome Suica cards to visiting Meiji Shrine & designing T-Shirts at Uniqlo, then wandering Harijuku and a delicious sushi lunch. Ritsuko’s knowledge, patience and careful planning made the day so enjoyable. I highly recommend Ritsuko!

Hi Meredith and Queenie, Thank you so much for your lovely review! I’m delighted you and Queenie enjoyed your first day in Tokyo — from creating custom T-shirts and trying conveyor belt sushi to tasting that colorful cotton candy in Harajuku! Also, don’t forget to write down your wish and keep the omamori (amulet) from Meiji Shrine with you, either in your bag or in your room. I also had a wonderful time exploring the city with you two. It was such a pleasure to share those fun experiences and help you feel more at ease navigating Tokyo. I hope your journey through Japan continues to be filled with great discoveries, delicious food, and unforgettable memories. Wishing you both a fantastic adventure ahead! All the best
