This shrine was built in 1920 to commemorate Emperor Meiji who led Japan to the modern country after feudal system was over. The size of property is No.1 in this region as a shrine and experience how to worship deity. Also, this is a good place to learn about Japanese religion.
This street was built as an approaching road to Meiji Jingu. But now it is recognized as an elegant shopping street.
Tokyo station is the main station in Tokyo and building itself is designated as an important cultural heritage. This station was opened in 1914 and you can see nice decoration inside and outside of this station. We take lunch at Tokyo station because many kinds of restaurants are available.
This garden used to be a part of Edo castle which became Imperial palace after Emperor moved from Kyoto to Tokyo. You can enjoy nice Japanese garden and observe an old Japanese castle construction. If you are interested in Japanese history, this place is the one you cannot miss.
Asakusa is a very energetic place and the No.1 tourist spot in Tokyo. There is the oldest temple in Tokyo and souvenir shops along to the approaching street to the temple. You can enjoy traditional Japanese atmosphere and possible to enjoy Japanese food for lunch.
If you wish, you can rent and wear Japanese Kimono. There are many shops to rent Kimono.

“Fantastic tour of Hakone”
Hiro is an excellent tour guide! He designed a fantastic day trip visit to Hakone for our family of 8 and was highly communicative and organized both leading up to our tour date, as well as during our visit to Hakone. We got very lucky with stunning views of Mt. Fuji and appreciated Hiro's historical knowledge and Japanese cultural insights. I highly recommend booking your private tour with Hiro.
“Amazing Day in Hakone”
We loved our day with Hiroshi! He allowed us to plan a very specific itinerary of the 2 things we wanted to do in Hakone: Hike Mt. Kintoki and visit the Hakone Open Air museum. This required navigating and timing the trains and buses perfectly, which he easily did for us. Hiking with him was safe and fun and he shared great stories. Lunch at the top was a treat and resting our tired feet in the hot springs at the museum was an unexpected highlight. It was a stress free day in Hakone and we would love to travel with Hiroshi again.
