“Shinjuku to Mt Fuji”
Yuka arrived early at our hotel to take us to subway station for Shinjuku. There was a little bit of confusion regarding getting the reserved tickets for the limited express train to Mt. Fuji. But all was resolved quickly by Yuka. Upon boarding the train, we were lucky to enjoy the reserved seating as the aisle was packed with standing passengers. One thing is that Japan Rail should consider increase number of carriages for this popular route as the feeling on the train was not good. It was completely different with the coach ride returning to Shinjuku. It was comfortable and relaxing. Thank you Yuka for arranging the itinerary as we get to experience Mt Fuji at its splendour.

(37 reviews)Thank you so much yesterday, Raymond. I understand you worked hard as a leader though you are friends and all very kind. The train was super crowded. I was surprised and uncomfortable too. I'll make this tour better with your suggestions.

“College educated hard working English and French speaking Professional Guide”
My son and I. retained her to take us from Yokohama for an overnight trip to Hiroshima. Totally prepared, well informed and fully fluent in English. I will use her again and give her 5 starts. She even walked in the rain and upnsteep mountainsides to educate us on matters we asked of her without hesitation. First class.
