“Amazing tour guide”
Very knowledgeable and considerate. She took pictures of us throughout and translated as needed which allowed us to do an activity we otherwise wouldn’t (creating wax food). Went the extra mile to make sure everything worked well. Highly recommend.

Dear Tami, Thank you very much for taking your time to write the review. It was great treasure guiding you and your family. I truly enjoyed Food sample workshop and second hands kimono shop. I will watch " The Apothecary Diaries" :) I really hope you enjoyed rest of your holiday in Japan and also filled your stamp book for shrine visit.:) I hope to see you someday in the future again! All the best. Kana,

Kana was so patient even though I was very late to the tour due to my previous appointment running late. I highly recommend her as a guide!

“Shibuya, Skytree and TeamLab tour.”
Kana was very professional with organising our tour. She personalised our tour to suit what we wanted to see as a family and expressed a high interest in speaking to each of us about our lives and interests here in Australia. Kana speaks very well in English which made our tour very easygoing. We were very tired on our tour from being on the snow fields for two weeks and felt confident that Kana had our day planned perfectly. I highly recommend Kana to book your tour especially if you have children, she is very kind.
