Our family of 10, 7 adults and 3 children, had a very enjoyable tour of Tokyo, led by an excellent tour guide, Kohoko. In the weeks leading up to our travel to Japan, I was able to work with Kahoko on the sites, experiences, and food that my family wanted. She expertly crafted a well-planned itinerary that streamlined our time together. She was also able to fit some personal preferences into the itinerary. One of those places was a conveyor sushi restaurant, which was delicious and very fun even for the kids! Kahoko provided four things that we think set her apart: 1) In very good English, she provided detailed insight into places, customs, food, and history, which was a wonderful education for our family. 2) She came and picked us up at our Airbnb, which was appreciated, especially on our first morning in Japan. This gave us some time to adjust to jet lag and not have to negotiate the trail systems on our own. She also dropped us off at our destination hotel at Disney on our second day. 3) She was an expert on getting us around Tokyo on the transportation systems. She suggested having our bags delivered to our Disney hotel on the second day, which saved time and effort. 4) She helped us get reserved seats on the Shinkansen for the rest of our destinations to Kyoto, Okayama, Hiroshima, and back to Tokyo. This one-time stop and the JR ticket office helped us immensely, keeping us together and saving us time and hassle for the remainder of our trip. We deeply appreciate the time and personal effort that Kahoko put into our two days together in Tokyo. We wish her and her family well. Thanks, Kahoko!
Thank you very much for the kindest review! I am very glad that your trip seems to have finished safe and sound. I had been wondering how your rest of the journey was like. Probably full of excitement, right ? I am now in Matsuyama, one of the main cities in Shikoku for our anniversary trip. Then I was thinking of your days in Shikoku and Okayama 40 years ago. Probably it reminded you of so many things there at that time. Good for you. By the way, I had such a lovely time with your family. You are making really a wonderful family, caring each others and full of laughters. I am so impressed and warned up myself spending 2 full days with all of you. Without doubt, you are one of the never-forgettable clients I have ever had. Thank you for asking me as your guide. I hope your family' s happiness go forever. Please take care of yourself and stay fit and sound. Thank you !!
We found that Kahokos experience and knowledge very helpful and informative. She suggested many great places to see and ensured we visited any spots we had researched and were included in the evening. She shared some details of her life in Tokyo which helped us understand the culture as well. We would use Kahoko again and recommend her highly.
Thank you very much for the kind review! I had such a lovely time with all of you. I enjoyed the first Christmas illumination of this year thanks to you. Also,I was able to learn more about your country and culture. I hope you will have a great time during cruise as well as the rest of your stay in Tokyo. Thank you again and take care!
We ended our 3-week trip to Japan with another tour with this most gracious guide and host. This time, we spent Halloween evening with Kahoko, exploring the bustling neighborhoods of Ikebukuro and Shinjuku. We enjoyed a delicious Japanese dinner - and more conversation. It was our great pleasure to meet and spend time with Kahoko. We highly recommend a tour with her!
Thank you very much for the sweet review! It's great hear from you! You must have a great time in Hawaii as well. In the tour, even though Ikebukuro was very quiet as a Halloween night, I had such a memorable time with a terrific couple. We talked a lot and laughed a lot. As you told that you are coming back in 2025. I am looking forward to seeing you again with a long-neck. Since then, please stay fit and sound. I will be careful not gaining weight. See you soon !!
We were very lucky to have had Kahoko as our guide when visiting Tokyo. She was warm, friendly and very professional with excellent local knowledge and advice. Her English was excellent.
Thank you very much for the kind review! I can't believe your tolerance because the tour was started my mistake and you must have been tired just after arrival. Still, I believe you enjoyed your adventure when you move around on your own after that. Thanks to you, I had such a lovely day with you. Please come back to Tokyo someday because there are more to visit. Until then, please stay fit and happy.
