Fantastic day with Masaharu. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about Hakone and everything we were seeing. We had such a great day and learned a lot about the area and Japanese culture. He was also very helpful in accommodating dietary requests.
Dear Abbey, Thank you for your nice review and warm message. It was my great pleasure sharing wonderful time with you and your friend around Hakone and also learning a lot about your local topics in Melbourne. Please further enjoy your journey around various spots in Japan. Wishing you all the best! Masaharu
We hade a great tour with Masa. He provided our 4 person group with such fun and interesting tour. Got to see of some of the highlights of Tokyo. With lots of interesting stories to make visiting those sites so much more meaningful. It's to bad it rained we would have loved to see more of the outdoor sights he had planned for us. He also had a great way to quickly summarize the Japanese people philosophy of Shinto and Buddhism. This gave us a more in depth understanding of the Japanese culture and it's people. My Gluten Free meal - he was very helpful helping me navigate through the manu and explaining to our waitress my diatery restriction. We truly appreciate his calm demeanor and his expertise. Wished we'd had more time, would of enjoyed having him to show us to more of Tokyo.
Dear Walter, Thank you very much for your warm and encouraging words. It was my pleasure sharing such a wonderful time around Tokyo with your group. I have also enjoyed learning a lot about interesting issues on USA. I hope you will further have fun around various areas in Japan and bring nice memory back home. Looking forward to seeing you again in the near future. Thanks again and wishing you all the best! Masaharu
Masahura was wonderful. He is a very thoughtful man and went to great length to explain the history and customs, religion and culture of Japan. He happily took us where we wanted to go for a customized tour (as we will be seeing some of the sights on our final cruise day) We were a group of four and Masaharu was happy and able to answer all of our questions. He also explained the Tokyo subway system to us, by the end of the day we were comfortable navigating ourselves around it.
Dear Monique, Thank you very much for your nice review and encouraging words. It was my great pleasure sharing wonderful time with you, your husband and your friends, and helping you deepen insights of Tokyo. Please further enjoy cruising around Japan and bring good memory back to Calgary. Wishing you all the best! Masaharu
Masa did an excellent job with route planning. He was prompt and introduced us to a beautiful local resort area. We learned some of the history of the area and enjoyed a pleasant afternoon with a respectful and quiet guide.
