“Best time ever”
Our first day with Shu was absolutely amazing and set the tone for an unforgettable experience in Japan. We wanted to create custom T-shirts at the Pokémon Center, and the process took much longer than expected, but Shu was incredibly patient and gracious enough to wait for us while we designed and picked up our shirts. That level of patience and dedication meant so much to me and showed how committed he is to making sure his guests have the best experience possible. Beyond that, he introduced us to some of the most incredible food Japan has to offer, making sure we experienced the culture in the best way possible.
