Feel free to ask me anything
My name is Shusaku. I was born and raised in Osaka, where I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the beautiful landscapes and rich culture of the region.
During my travels to 10 different countries, I came to realize the importance of listening to the locals to truly understand the culture and charm of a place. This experience taught me that local knowledge and experiences are invaluable in building a deeper understanding and connection while traveling.
In my tours, I make it a point to not only showcase the popular tourist destinations but also to share insights into the everyday lives of locals and the culture of the region. By incorporating stories and knowledge from locals, I aim to provide a more enriching travel experience.
My mission in life is to foster a deeper understanding of the world through travel and to build connections with people from different backgrounds. I look forward to creating unforgettable memories and sharing new discoveries with all of you!

“Spontaneous tour in the city”
My family had a short stay in Tokyo and needed a last minute guide. We found Shusaku, who was extremely accommodating and pleasant to be around. He showed us a customized tour of the places we wanted to see and he took us to many of the hot spots we didn’t know about. Food was an important part of our experience so he pointed out all the local favorites and popular “must try” specialties. I would recommend Shusaku to anyone travel to Tokyo for their first time. Public transportation can be intimidating for first timers, so we were so glad we had him tongue us the ropes and get around the train system. I ads use first time travelers to use a guide for the their first day and especially Shusaku. He took photos for us, carried our souvenirs, and was very attentive to my family’s needs. He is a great tour guide and an extremely friendly and kind person. I highly recommend booking a tour with him.

“Wonderful Time! ”
We had such a great time with Shu that we booked him a second time. With his help, we were able to do so much more than had we just been on our own. He knows the best restaurants, great shopping spots, and tourist attractions. I will not hesitate to book him again if we are lucky enough to do another trip to Tokyo. Shu was great company and a wonderful guide. Our family consist of three teenagers - he was able to relate to everyone making the tour very enjoyable. Thanks Shu!

“Fun, slice of life tour with friendly guide”
We loved our tour with Shu and I would highly recommend him. He was accommodating, super friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible — all great qualities in a guide. Shu customized an izakaya/bar tour to match our interests. His English is excellent so he not only explained things well to us, but he also translated so we could talk to the waiters, bartenders, and other patrons. That made us feel like we were experiencing a real slice of life and not just doing a typical tourist thing. In fact, we were the only non-Japanese in each location we visited. I would take another tour with Shu.
