Four of us spent the day with Yuko and every moment was enlightening and fun. She goes above and beyond to look after her guests. She delivered a personal note to us the day before to our hotel room. She came a long distance out of her way (from Yokohama) to get us in the morning, was here and ready vary early, and had tremendous energy and enthusiasm about the places we visited. She took pictures of us everywhere and promised to send us the link to access them. She gave us a souvenir of the day with her. She had wonderful visual aids prepared to explain this legacy and history of the many spots we visited. We insisted on her return home and return to Tokyo which was way out of her way and she didn’t wanted to leave us alone. We highly recommend Yuko to anyone interested in visiting KAMAKURA. Great guide. Great location selection. Great advance communication ahead of the day so she could be prepared and provide us options. Great person. …and in a side alley we could have never found on our own, she got us to the best Ramen restaurant in the region, which was fantastic. Thanks Yuko!!
Dear Jeff, Thank you very much for joining me on my tour today. And I really appreciate the great review! I also enjoyed meeting you and your travel partners, your wonderful guests, and spending the day together in Kamakura. I will never forget the time I spent with you. You are all nice, intelligent, kind, handsome or beautiful, the most wonderful 2 couples in the world ! I am glad that all you liked Kamakura as well as Japan. Please continue to enjoy your trip throughout Japan. Next time you have the chance to come to Japan, please include my hometown, Yokohama, as one of the places you will visit! I look forward to seeing you again. I will send you some pictures by e-mail soon! I appreciate the opportunity to meet you all. Thank you so much. Yuko

This is our 10th visit to Japan and our 1st time to see Yokohama. We are fortunate to have discovered Yuko-san as tour guide for our family trip to Yokohama. Yuko-san made our family trip a truly memorable experience. We loved how knowledgeable and well organized she is. She sent us email messages with useful information weeks prior to the trip. She dropped by our hotel one day before our scheduled tour and left with the hotel concierge a handwritten welcome note with a detailed itinerary. On the day of our tour, Yuko-san and a colleague, Tatsuo-san arrived 30 mins early to welcome the group. The entire tour lasted for almost 8 hours and we enjoyed every minute of it. What endeared Yuko-san and Tatsuo-san to the group was their patience and attentiveness to the needs of the group. They are the most caring tour guides we have encountered in all of our trips to Japan. We highly recommend Yuko-san and Tatsuo-San as tour guides for Yokohama.
Dear Arlene, Thank you so much for giving me such an excellent rating and a lovely thoughtful review! I'd like to say thank you for being given this chance to show you around in Yokohama. Nothing would make us happier than to see you love Yokohama. Tatsuo and I also enjoyed touring and had a wonderful time with you, wondeful family ! Thanks for coming to Yokohama and choosing me as your guide! I'm looking forward to your 2nd coming to Yokohama ! Sincerely, Yuko

Yuko is an exceptional guide. Her planning and care are meticulous. She came to our hotel a day early to drop off information and instructions for meeting her in our hotel lobby the next day. The sights seen and the tastes enjoyed with Yuko will become long-time memories. They included: the skilled preparation of a giant tuna for sushi; the many delicious seafood stalls with giant oysters, crabs and prawns; the most delicious chilled green tea and matcha green tea ice cream, made by a family who have been in business for more than 100 years, that is without doubt the Royal Royce of ice creams. We also enjoyed exquisitely designed Shogun gardens, a boat ride to view Tokyo’s Rainbow Bridge and then Tokyo’s largest Buddhist temple and pagoda built in 600AD. Yuko also kindly took me to Tokyo Station to set up my JR rail pass. What a great day! I highly recommend Yuko as a guide. Thank you, Yuko! I’ll be back with my husband to see you next year. Dear Sarah, I appreciate your wonderful message. I am pleased you enjoyed the tour. The day I spent with you was really wonderful, Sarah. You are very beautiful, smart, and family-tought lady ; a good wife, a kind daguther, and a nice mother! You are the greatest lady in the world! I will never forget the day with you. Visiting Japan, and Tokyo specifically, for the first time, we were looking for a private guide. Via Triple Lights we booked Yuko Ohmori, and she appeared the best guide we could wish for. The preparation, the motivation, the pleasure and the professionality she took care of us was impressive and very warm! She guided us for 21/2 days and from begin to end was magnificent. Breaking up when we had to leave felt like loosing a friend; although it at the same time felt as we gained a friend for life! Warm regards, Flip van Ellinkhuizen
Dear Flip, Thank you very much for your wonderful review. I am really lucky to have a chance to spend time with nice guests like you, the greatest couple! April 22nd to 24th were the special days for me, because it was the first time to have been a tour guide for more than one day in my life! I am surprised 2and a half days have passed like an arrow with you! Talking with you about your country and ours, view of life, I felt myself not like a tour guide but we are just friends, which was another happy feeling for me ! Going around the sightseeing spots, I even found another beatuty and value in Japanese culture by being with you ! I was also impressed by your courteous behavior to everybody sourrounding us ! Everybody, from little children to seniors in Japan look welcoming you from their hearts! My uncle has visited Netherlands, and he says that's because of it a wonderful country also I should visit! Of course,I'd live to. I wish good luck for you and your wife! Please be my good friends forever! Best regards, Yuko Ohmori
