Enjoyable relaxed walking tour

I had arrived a day before a 16 day tour that I was going on, so wanted to see something other than sights I would cover in my long tour. Tomoko spent time understanding what I was interested in. We had a very enjoyable and relaxed 3 hour walk during which time Tomoko shared some history and cultural information. We came upon a couple of galleries and small local shops which was lovely, as well as seeing some major sights. I would recommend taking a tour with Tomoko. Thank you Tomoko!!

Dear Kirsti-san, thank you for the good review. As soon as I met you at the station, I felt like we had been friends for a long time. I was also relaxed and enjoyed being with you. You know a lot of flowers. You taught me the flower ' bottle brush'. It is beauitiful and has an interesting name. Whenever I see the flowers I will remember your smile. Thank you for everything and have a wonderful tour in Japan! Tomoko

A pleasant walk with Tomoko san

We had the pleasure to walk with Tomoko San through ueno Park and the streets of yanaka district. Tomoko was very kind and give us a lot of interesting informations about Japanese culture, history, tradizione, and many other topics. We visited a house/museum of a famous sculptor in Yanaka. We felt like a japanese friend would welcome us in her city. Thanks Tomoko San Flavio & Barbara

Flavio-san & Barbara-san, Thank you for the nice review. I was happy that you were interested in Japanese cultlure, history and art. We talked a lot. I also felt like you were my friend! Thank you. I hope you will come to Japan again soon. Tomoko

Perfect afternoon

I had a lovely afternoon exploring the temples and shops of “Yanaka Ginza” with Tomoko. I told her that I wanted to experience more of traditional Japan than modern Japan and she obliged. I had wonderful time poking in little shops, wandering the grounds of temples and photographing to my heart’s content. The highlight of the afternoon was discovering antique Kokeshi dolls for an unbelievably low price! Three are now at home with me!
