My first time travelling alone in Tokyo and Koji was the best guide I could’ve asked for. He brought me to different places according to my interest and answered all my questions with patience. I’m looking forward to another tour with Koji once I’m back in Tokyo. Thank you so much Koji, and to anyone reading this, please don’t hesitate booking a tour with him :)
Liu, it was my honor that I could introduce you to Tokyo on your first day in Japan. I hope you enjoyed the differences here and am also glad that you could try various unique Japanese food during the tour:) Thank you and I'm looking forward to seeing you again when you revisit Tokyo!!
Koji is a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide who shared with me the modern aspects of Tokyo from Tsukiji fish market to Akihabara (geek town) and the shopping areas such as Shibuya. This was my first time in Tokyo, and Koji was very attentive to ensuring I experienced all the highlights on a very busy day. Koji travelled over 80 minutes to meet me at my hotel and I appreciated his dedication to getting to know me and my preferences for the tour. I wanted to buy souvenirs for my family, including my young son and daughter. Koji went out of his way to help find the perfect gifts. Although we had a set agenda, Koji kindly suggested other excursions, such as the Hamariku gardens which was a close walk from Tsukiji markets to enjoy the peaceful gardens, and Isakaya taverns to have a snack. There was plenty of time to stroll around Shibuya and Shinjuku and it did not feel rushed. Koji suggested some great food places as I was interested in dining at a traditional sushi small stall (only 6 seats) with counters as I'd always seen this on Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations. I also mentioned my interest in Manga sub-culture and Koji took me to an art gallery with exhibits. I had a great time exploring Koji and would recommend him.
Stephen, I'm glad that I could offer a Tokyo highlight tour that focused on food and entertainment for your business trip! The tour with you reminded me a lot of my memories in California. I appreciate your long review and am sure of your continued success! Koji
It was a pleasure exploring Asagaya/Koenji/Nakano together with Koji. We walked through rather traditional streets of these areas with some stops for snacks and food. Koji speaks English fluently and organized everything pretty well. I can recommend him definitely as a tour guide.
Hi Renate, I'm glad to know you liked the tour! We enjoyed strolling the quiet residential areas/streets in Tokyo and visiting shops for local people. I made this tour because you've been to Tokyo several times and have already visited major spots. Thank you and hope to see you again on your next visit to Tokyo:) Koji
Koji is a very flexible and earnest tour guide. He does his very best to make our trip as smooth and worthwhile as possible and he will gladly tweak our itinerary as he gets to know more about our interests. We fully enjoyed his insights both on the locations we visited as well as about the Japanese people in general. Please do not hesitate to book him for your future trips in Tokyo and other nearby areas!
Hi Marvin, I'm glad that I could help make your trip to Tokyo and Nikko with your friends a truly memorable one, with many moments to relish! I wish you best luck for your business and we shall meet again soon. Koji
