What an incredible day we had together! We enjoyed tofu soft-serve ice cream in Asakusa, explored Japanese kitchen knives and cooking utensils in Kappabashi, shopped for artisan-made bags and other items in Okachimachi, got My Melody (yes, that's me!) capsule toys in Akihabara, and enjoyed an incredibly delicious lunch of cold udon noodles! We also admired beautiful Japanese artworks, including traditional Noh masks, at a museum in Ueno, where we unexpectedly ran into a taxi driver I know! Then we explored the charming backstreets of Yanaka and Kagurazaka. I still can't believe how many wonderful experiences and memories we managed to pack into just one day!
