The title says it all. Hiroko is personable, communicative, and will tailor your day together towards your groups interests. She made getting around and understanding the basic functions of the city easy (transportation, customs, etc.) to parse. I was delighted with her, and heartily recommend her to anyone looking for a personal guide in Tokyo.
Hiroko is energetic and well-informed. She readily adapted to our interests but also quietly (and wisely) persisted when we were sceptical of some destinations.
We had a very fun time with Hiroko. She showed us a lot of different places and helped us translating our questions to the local shop owners. We also got to test amazing tea and snacks at the stalls thanks to her knowledge. Special tip: Ask her about a sake testing, she knows a lot about it!
Hiroko was so patient with me. I had arrived early after a red eye flight and was very tired and slow. She followed my pace and was very considerate. She even helped me get back to the airport for my departure and made sure all was okay before leaving. She is wonderful and I will use her again when I visit Tokyo next time!
