Tsukiji Outer Market is a world-renowned maketplace. You may feel overwhelmed with its nearly 400 shops.
Your guide, Lily - a foodie- who visits Tsukiji more than 50 times a year will not only help you experience the fresh and quality food but also deepen your understanding of traditional Japanese food culture, so you can enjoy "washoku" even more during your time in Japan.

Meeting Point
At your hotel in Tokyo(inside 23 wards)
- I will pick you up at your hotel. Before leaving the hotel, we will briefly review our itinerary and transportaion pass. *If we could meet at the Tsukiji Hongan-ji Temple, we will be able to save more time in the market.
Visit Tsukiji Fish market
A historic and vibrant seafood market, where you can experience a wide variety of authentic Japanese food materials. Even a wholesale market for seafood and vegetables was relocated to Toyosu market, professional chef still come to find a high-quality ingredients from the old market.
I will share the depth of Japanese cuisine while enjoying interacting with local store owners I am familiar with.
Visit Ginza/ Kabuki theather(Outside)/ Stay in Tsukiji
Depend on your preferences, we have several options until the end of the tour.
1) Ginza is Tokyo's premier, upscale shopping and dining district with classic atmosphere.
2) Kabuki theather, located just a few blocks from the market, is a famous and traditional venue for Kabuki, a classical Japanese dance-drama. It is the principal theater for perfomances in Tokyo and features stunning architecture with a traditional Japanese design.

“Tokyo Experience by the BEST!”
My wife and I enjoyed 1-1/2 days seeing important and fascinating parts of Tokyo with our guide Lily! What an excellent ambassador for this historical and special place. Lily was sooo professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and absolute fun from the very first inquiry all the way through our time together. Lily loves her town and loves to share her experiences and knowledge. We travelled to Tokyo a couple of days early to enjoy the city in advance of our cruise and Lily did an excellent job tailoring our time and sites perfectly to our interests and to avoid duplication with expected sites to be toured with our cruise excursions. Lily's help with our travel details (like getting from the airport to the hotel by train, recommending a Suica card for easy train access, etc.) once in Tokyo, all in advance of our arrival, was super helpful! All in all, our day and a half with Lily was a wonderful, educational, and fun filled time getting to experience the city with an exemplary guide and ambassador for Japan!!
