Meeting Point

Toyama Station or your hotel

Toyama Castle (Toyama Local City Museum)

We will look at a brief history of Toyama, and see Toyama city from the castle tower. (If you like, you can experience Japanese tea ceremony near here)

Toyama Glass Museum

Closed on every Wednesday.

This place is chosen as 52 places to visit in Japan. You can see not only the contemporary arts but also traditional glass arts of international artists.

For permanent exhibition: 200yen/person

Fugan Unnga Kansui Kouen

The park is near canal, you can enjoy the scenery of nature.

Also, if you would like, you can ride a cruise boats (operates from the late March to November) ※Prior reservation should be recommended.

Iwase district

Flourished its trade industry, so there are some places that tells us the good-old days. We will visit Baba residence, which is one of the five greatest merchant house in this region. You can see the traditional Japanese merchant house here.

Also, if you like, we can drop by at a sake seller and try to various Japanese sake at a shop(paid)
