Tsuta Japanese Soba Noodles Restaurant is said to be one of the best ramen shops in Tokyo. The shop opened in 2012, and has continuously evolved the taste of their ramen ever since. Tsuta offers the all-time ramen favorites such as shouyu and miso ramen. Although they also have signature ramen dishes such as the red chili and tomato ramen.

Their noodles are thin and straight, and seem to be homemade. What's nice about their noodles is that chewy yet smooth sensation which a lot of ramen fans go after. The beautiful pinkish chashu that comes with their ramen bowl is also of exeptional quality, and is nicely cooked. Although the chashu tastes remarkable, it does not overwhelm the flavor of the ramen soup. Customers can also opt to order additional toppings for their ramen. The choice of topppings, however, vary with the season.

Tsuta is famous for its long queues with customers from all over Japan, and tourists from all over the world. With a budget of only around a thousand yen per person, you can already enjoy a taste of authentic Tokyo ramen.
