“A wonderful day with a great guide. Highly Recommended.”
Unsure of what to do on our very first day ever in Japan, I booked a tour with Asad, and we couldn’t be happier. As we were initially unsure of how to navigate public transport, we had arranged for Asad to pick us up from the cruise terminal in Muroran for an additional charge. (We're travelling by cruise ship.) Communication was clear and he was waiting for us at the designated time. We put ourselves completely in his hands and he took us to a variety of sites where I happily paid the modest admission fees for my wife and I and also Asad. Asad paid for all road tolls and parking fees. As I don't eat seafood, Asad had sought another restaurant which had good reviews. Whilst we were more than happy with lunch, Asad didn’t feel the meal was up to standard so he paid for lunch. The original plan was that Asad would take us to a railway station at the end of the day so we could make our way back to the ship. However he kindly offered to drive us the hour and a half back and refused to accept any additional payment. His friendly easygoing manner and willingness to adapt and customise the tour for our needs meant we had a fantastic day. His English is excellent and as an expat living in Japan, he brings a different perspective. The tour was worth every penny and I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

“Food and culture Ryoko knows Osaka ”
I had the pleasure to have Ryoko as my guide and she is a charming, intelligent, and very knowledgeable native of Osaka. The lady knows the city. The best part of our tour was walking around the neighborhoods and seeing all the different aspects of the city and culture. She also took me to an excellent barbecue restaurant which made my day. I highly recommend her for a guided tour of specially if you seek food and culture.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! You have such a great sense of humor, and I truly enjoyed spending time with you as well. I’m so glad you appreciated both the neighborhoods and the food—especially that unforgettable barbecue Please do come back to Osaka again, and next time I’ll be happy to show you even more hidden gems!

“Friendly, Knowledgeable, Accommodating Tour Guide - 5/5!”
We recommend Asad with the highest praise. He was an absolute delight, and he made our trip (party of 5) to Sapporo incredibly special :) He is very friendly and approachable - we had a good time getting to know him through the trip. I had planned to propose to my partner during our time in Sapporo, but our original plans fell through, so I had to scramble to find a travel solution to Asahikawa and Biei. All other platforms were unresponsive, but Asad immediately responded to and accommodated our (very) last-minute request. Throughout the trip, he made sure we were always comfortable, including frequent stops to hydrate, use the restroom, and eat - all of which were much needed for the long drive! He also bought some snacks for us prior to picking us up, which we found very thoughtful :) Asad was also very flexible (and knowledgeable) with the itinerary. It ended up raining at Blue Pond (which was where I planned to propose), and knowing our plans, had suggested a flower garden which was absolutely gorgeous (a location which wasn't on our radar at all). (Proposal didn't happen because it was too cold, but the sights were gorgeous!). We would absolutely book him again when we go back to Sapporo.

Thank you so much! I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. And I’m delighted to hear that you and your group enjoyed your trip to Asahikawa, and Biei—it was a real pleasure guiding you all. Your group was very easygoing and friendly, which made my job even more enjoyable. Also, I’m glad I could help make your journey smooth and memorable, even with the last-minute changes and weather surprises. I would be honored to welcome you all back to Hokkaido again for more amazing sights and experiences! Thanks again!
