“It was perfect!”
I have booked for a private transportation from Shin-Aomori station to our ryokan. Everything was smooth, from my communication with Woo, to our driver, who took the initiative to reach earlier when he saw that our Shinkansen would arrive earlier. Will definitely use their service again! Highly recommended!

“Wonderful and pleasant day trip”
we really wanted to hit some out of the way places and no matter which travel agency I tried, they just couldn’t do it. Well, I ‘discovered’ this taxi service, and not only were they able to lock in all desired locations; they did so at really amazing rates. For a helpful driver who took us around for 10 hours, the rate we paid for this (three people in the car) was less than we would have paid for us to have a guide for a third of that time. I highly recommend this service; especially when transport and tour options in this region of Japan are limited (and tourists are few!).
