“Trip to Aomori”

This was our first time visiting Aomori for the Nebuta Festival, and we initially had a hard time finding transportation to get around. We were incredibly fortunate to have Mr. Tsugawa (津川さん) as our driver. He was always early, making sure everything was in place and running smoothly. He was extremely professional, attentive, and dedicated to his work. By our second meeting, he warmly shared with us the history and background of the Nebuta Festival, which made our experience even more meaningful. Mr. Tsugawa was not only knowledgeable but also very kind and considerate. He even encouraged us to come back to Aomori if we ever had the chance, which truly touched us. We’re very grateful for his hospitality and support. Thank you, Mr. Tsugawa!

“Aomori trip”

We were in Aomori for 2 days on a cruise and used TR TAXI services both days. Very courteous and accommodating team. Definitely recommend their services.

“Smooth Driving”

Mr. Watanabe came to pick us up at the port. He had a clear sign letting us know he was our driver. He helped us find a local museum by Hirosaki Castle with Naputa Village which was a less crowded museum that was similar to Nabuta Museum. He was a a careful driver and was pleasant.
