Mein erstes Mal in Deutschland war 2012, als ich Studentin war, und damals habe ich einen Monat in München einen Deutschkurs gemacht. Aktuell bin ich auch private Japanischlehrerin (ich habe auch einen Vertrag mit der amerikanischen Marine) und gelegentlich Reiseführerin. “Sunshine and Blossoms - Kamakura”

Day 3 was a gloriously sunny Monday. After the snow and wind the day before, it was a welcomed site. Kaneo helped me complete some banking business first thing and then we headed off to visit temples in Kamakura. On the train to Kamakura I had a great view of Mt. Fuji!!! We saw early blossoms on plum, cherry and other trees, went into the belly of the Great Buddha, had my favorite lunch, and experienced Matcha tea in a bamboo forest amongst other things. Kaneo made my whole visit a success from start to finish.

“A good overview of Japanese history and culture”

Had a great tour with Yuki. He was well prepared. I enjoy the iPad presentations of Japanese history on the local train to Kamakura. It was fun to learn about many culture stories and legends. Yuki’s explanation of the street food and souvenirs was very helpful for a foreigner.
