The overall plan for a day in Hiroshima: Join me on a very memorable stroll through the history and culture of the "shrine island", designated one of the three most scenic sites in Japan and a World Heritage SIte, before returning to Central Hiroshima to tour Peace Memorial Park, it monuments and museums or, if desired, I am happy to discuss customising your tour to include other attractions.
At your hotel in Hiroshima, or greet you on your arrival at Hiroshima Station.
Tour the fabulous and historical Itsukushima Shrine, and Daishoin Temple, set amidst landscaped gardens, dotted with statues
Begin at the Hypo-centre and set the stage for the history of the terrible event that ushered in the end of hostilities of the eWW II and proceed to a tour of the whole park and its memorials and to the Peace Memorial Museum and its exhibits covering all aspects of the event and the atomic weapon.
At your hotel in Hiroshima or escort you to your return departure from Hiroshima Station.
We will head straight to Miyajima and enjoy a guided tour of its historical religious and cultural structures then after lunch head to Central Hiroshima stopping first at ground zero and the Atomic Bomb Dome then I will lead a guided tour through the park and its monuments and to Peace Memorial Museum, sharing history and facts.
If you are arriving for a day trip from Kyoto or Osaka, I will be happy to recommend your best inbound train schedule and make return bookings for you.

I am very familiar with leading tours throughout Japan so on occasion, I would be happy to create a bigger experience in other parts of the country if you would like to discuss directly with me.
***Please note that this is a three-stage process: We would agree on destinations and activities to be included. 2. I would compile an overview. 3. If that is accepted, the guest agrees to receive a detailed itinerary including information about attractions, activities and transit details.
**Depending on the guest's length of stay and the time required to produce the tour itinerary document the guest may be quoted a fee of my hourly rate up to a maximum charge of (8) eight hours and if satisfied, to agree to accept that (subject to some reasonable amendments), the agreement to receive the itinerary would be a binding contract to agree to pay for the itinerary with no further obligation to accept it as a tour offer.
**Please note that once step three has been started the guest agrees to the payment of the discussed fee.
IMPORTANT
***The order in which locations are visited may change on the day for the benefit of the most appreciable experience for the guests.
**Please wear a pair of comfortable walking shoes
