In addition to the Peace Memorial Park, this tour visits relevant modern urban landmarks. The standard itinerary includes Orizuru Tower, which features a rooftop observation deck offering panoramic views, digital attractions, and an origami experience. Alternatively, you can choose a course that visits the Naka Incineration Plant—a beautiful, modern, seaside waste-processing facility that has also served as a filming location.

Atomic Bomb Dome(Peace Park) / Hiroshima Station
Peace Memorial Park & Peace Memorial Museum
A large park dedicated to peace, which is designed by world-renowned architect, Kenzo Tange.
The park includes Atomic Bomb Dome, and other must to see memorials, such as the Cenotaph for the A-bomb victims, Children’s Peace Monument, Memorial Mound, Memorial Tower for Mobilized students.
Orizul Tower OR Naka factory( incinerator) OR Others

[ORIZUL Tower]
At this Mazda facility, visitors can enjoy panoramic views of Hiroshima City and Miyajima from the rooftop observation deck and experience digital attractions and origami making. Souvenirs from Hiroshima are also sold on the first floor.
The exterior walls of the building feature artwork on every floor.
[NAKA Factory]
A modern, beautifully designed, and refined incineration facility, which is designed by world-renowned architect Yoshio Taniguchi, in homage to his mentor Kenzo Tange’s Peace Park. Outside of the facility, you can view of the Seto Inland Sea.
It has been chosen as a filming location for some movies.

This part can incorporate sites such as elementary school atomic-bomb museums into the itinerary upon request.

* The Orizul tower is included to the itinerary by default. Please inform when you choose alternatives.
Admission fee for Orizul Tower; 2300 JPY/adult, 900JPY/6-12 y.o.
*In Naka factory, this tour primarily visits areas that are open to the public including the 2nd floor Ecorium, the glass walkway and the sea side park.
*If you also wish to enter the Naka factory, please consult with me at least 22 days in advance. <available for Monday to Friday, 3rd Sunday in February, April, June, August, October, and December>
Also please note that the tour time will be 1 hour longer .
*Not available during the year-end and New Year's holidays.
*In case of inclement weather, the 2nd floor Ecolleum may be closed for safety reasons.

About Tour Guide Kahori M.
Hi, I'm Kahori, a nationally licensed guide interpreter, and have just started working with GoWithGuide! I’m delighted to show people around this area. For the past almost 10 years, I have mainly guided foreign medical professionals around Hiroshima City and Miyajima, gaining a deep understanding of the effects of radiation and the support for A-bomb survivors.
Hiroshima is a city of rivers and the sea. Along the rivers Cherry trees line, and the calm Seto Inland Sea, dotted with islands, creates a stunning landscape. Also, the sea has many islands called "art islands" which have fantastic arts relating to the art festival "Setoushi Triennale". In addition to our two World Heritage Sites, this area is rich in attractive resources. I hope many of you will come and experience this fascinating land. Personally, I am very passionate about modern art and enjoy sports like stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) on our rivers.
I look forward to meeting you, interacting with you, and also, learning from you!

“Amazing day in Miyajima and Hiroshima!”
I had an incredible day with Kahori. The tour was personalized and thoughtful. All of the transitions from place to place were seamless. But most of all, I learned so much throughout the day. “Kahori was fantastic! ”
Kahori was our guide for this half day tour. She was accommodating and friendly as she navigated us to the right place. We got lost and she was willing to meet us and at a new destination convenient for us. She took us to Miyajima and was incredibly knowledgeable about the shrine and history of the island. She encouraged us to try local dishes and pointed out her favorites. She then dropped us off at the Peace Park with a bit of history as well. I highly recommend this tour with Kahori!

At the Peace Park, you will visit the Atomic Bomb Dome, Memorial Museum and various peace memorial monuments. Additionally, if the venue is available, I will arrange a 30-minute documentary film.
