We were fortunate to spend two days with Yukiko showing us all the main sights around Tokyo. Yukiko is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Tokyo and this shows when providing the history and background of each site. She is extremely organised and was attentive to all our needs, especially with my elderly parents who accompanied my wife and I on this trip. On a personal note Yukiko is a very warm and welcoming person and left a lasting impression on all of our group. We would highly recommend Yukiko for any traveller looking for a first class guide in Tokyo!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Paul! I am so pleased to hear so many warm and heartfelt words. I remember all the memories in two days with you and your family. I felt harmony among us. I cherish your review as a great motivation to improve myself. Thank you once again, Domo Arigatou!

When we first arrived at the train station in Tokyo from Kyoto Yukiko was waiting for us at the train to help us. Not sure if my husband needed a wheelchair or not she was waiting with one. My husband has Parkinson's and since Yukiko is also a nurse she was prepared. In fact Yukiko always was helping my husband without any hesitation. We spent 3 wonderful and adventurous days not missing anything. We included Yukiko with us at dinner so we could eat at places we never would of known. I had some things I wanted to bring back home and Yukiko found the places for us. Thank you Yukiko for making our trip to Japan so memorable.
It was a great memory to spend 3 days with you and your husband. I am glad my experience as a nurse to help your husband during the tour. I always prepare for the mobility-impaired guest from the very begging since there are some barriers in some visiting sites. During the tour, I always pay attention carefully about guest's physical condition, and thinking what kinds of support that I can do. I am pleased to hear that your trip to Japan was so memorable. Thank you once again, Domo Arigatou Gozaimashita.

We booked Yukiko for 2 half day tours in late October and early November 2023. The first one was by taxi from our Asakusa hotel to sights in Tokyo; we went to the Fukogawa Fudodo temple for the fire ceremony and Meiji-jingu. As I have mobility issues we limited the places we visited. Yukiko was very flexible with our tours and very knowledgeable. Our 2nd tour was from our hotel in Yokohama and we took a taxi to Yokohama Station to catch the train to Kamakura. As my mobility had deteriorated since the last your, Yukiko rented a wheelchair for me and brought it with her to Yokohama. In Kamakura we visited the 'Big Buddha' at the Kotiku-in Temple using another train then went back to Kamakura where we visited the Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine. At this shrine we were lucky enough to see a local wedding which Yukiko explained to us as it happened. Both of these tours were once in a lifetime and really enjoyable despite my deteriorated mobility issues. We highly recommend Yukiko as your personal guide to Tokyo and other local regions.
Thank you so much for using my guiding service. I am glad to share a pleasant time with you in Tokyo and Kamakura. Since we didn't have a wheelchair on the first tour, I'd been thinking what I can do for you by the 2nd tour started. I wanted you to see more in Kamakura, but it's not so easy to catch a taxi in the area. Thankfully, I could arrange the big sized wheel chair which gave us more flexibility to tour around. Wishing you to keep a good health. Thank you once again, Domo Arigatou Gozaimashita!

Yukiko was a wonderful guide for me and my elderly mum. We went to very interesting locations that suited my mum with slower mobility. Yukiko also explained how to use the Metro system so we were able to get around Tokyo for the next three days successfully.
It was a lovely meeting with you and your mother! The place we visited is quite special and glad you enjoyed it. I also relived that you traveled by using subway system successfully with your mom. I'm sure that both of your brought back a lot of wonderful memory of Japan and hopefully, will visit Japan in the future again! Domo Arigatou Gozaimashita.
