Tour Important Information
Our driver will be waiting for you with a name board with your name on at the arrival gate for pick-up.
Please be noted that most of our drivers cannot speak English.
Important message from the supplier
-Tours that are booked and paid for without prior consultation may be canceled due to unavailability.
-Please be sure to contact us before making a reservation
-We are open from 9 AM to 4 PM (JST) on weekdays. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day.
-The customer is required to complete the booking process, including payment, at least 7 days in advance of the tour date.
-For airport transfers, please make sure to allow yourself to have enough time for immigration, collecting baggage, traveling time or flight check-in as well as in case of possible flight delay.
-Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour. (Please refer to "what's not included" section on each tour page)
-Please be kindly aware that our drivers are Non-English speaking.
-Please make sure to write down the following information upon booking:
1) flight number (cruise name)
2) flight (cruise) arrival/ departure time
3) airport terminal (cruise port)
4) number of luggage

- Free cancellation - 15 days prior to meeting time
- 80% Refund - 8 to 14 days prior to meeting time
- 70% Refund - 2 to 7 days prior to meeting time
- 50% Refund - 1 day(s) prior to meeting time
- No Refund - less than - 24 hours before the meeting time

I reached out to TR Taxi to hire a private taxi to take me and my three children to the Kunisaki Peninsula. They were super easy to communicate with and set it up with me and allowed me to pre-pay. They couldnt find an English speaking driver in Oita Prefecture but I had no issue using ChatGPT translation. Even though I’d chosen the outing date a month or more in advance, a couple days before I realized that the weather wasn’t cooperating with my plans.
