Akira met us at our hotel in Osaka, and followed our request to make use of our JR passes to get to Nara, even if it wasn't the fastest path there. Despite the tour focusing on Nara, he was also helpful in giving us explanations of some of the different sights and areas of Osaka during the start of our train journey. Once in Nara, he asked for our preferences with regard to walking versus public transportation and expertly accommodated our requests. Thanks to his advice, we saw more of Nara in a few hours than we could have ever hoped to have found on our own. He even offered to go back to Osaka to help us find our way back - even though it went past the four hours of the tour. Thanks Akira!
Dear Brett Thank you for your nice review. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed Nara with me. I was glad that I met a nice couple like you. I hope that you will come back to Japan. Thank you very much. Akira
We had a great day with Akira. We love the personal experience of your own guide to see and do things that we would not normally do. We walked, ferry and Trollied all over Hiroshima and Myajima. He was very open to our questions and allowed us to explore at our own pace
Dear Tanya Thank you so much for your nice review. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed Hiroshima with me. I also enjoyed with you and leared a lot of things from you. I hooe that you will enjoy Kyoto, Tokyo and Hakuba. Please come back to Japan . Thank you very much. Akira
I had an amazing day in Kyoto with Akira. He is a very knowledgeable, kind and happy person. Akira met me at the train and even helped me get an earlier and more convenient train back to Tokyo. He goes out of his way to look out for you and make sure you are safely on the train back to wherever you are going. I only had 1 day in Kyoto and Akira filled it with memories that I will cherish forever as we went to so many important and interesting places. He knows so much about Kyoto and I would have never learned so much or seen so many hidden gems without his guidance. He also showed me the best place to get matcha ice cream. I would truly recommend Akira for a wonderful day in Kyoto. Thank you Akira-san!
Dear Christina Thank you so much for your nice review. I am very glad to hear that you enjoyed Kyoto with me. I also enjoyed with you I hope that you will return to your place safely and please come back to Japan. Thank you. Akira
Akira is great! He is very accommodating and flexible with what you wish to see. He made suggestions of sites to avoid and sites to definitely see! Highly recommend! Akira’s English is clear and easy to understand. A+++
Dear Michael Thank you so much for your nice review. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed Kyoto with me. I enjoyed with a nice family like you. Please come back to Japan again. Thankyou very much. Akira
Akira is a very intelligent man and organized. However he was somewhat distant from us probably because of his age. I also think that he underestimated our walking ability and the distances we had to travel. He answered questions but did not volunteer a lot of information regarding the places we visited.
Dear Dr. Silverman Thank you so much for your review. I hope that you enjoyed cruising and Japan. Akira
