Tokyo highlight tour for first timers
This is a Private Tokyo tour covering Shibuya, Asakusa, Ginza and Tokyo station. Through the course, you can see modern and traditional parts of Tokyo and learn history of Japan.
Meeting Point
At your hotel
10:00 meet at your hotel and go to Shibuya by subway
10:30 Shibuya: see Scramble Crossing and a Statue of Hachi dog, then go to Asakusa by subway
11:30 Asakusa: visit Sensoji temple and Nakamise shopping street, have lunch
13:30 Ginza: visit Ginza Six department store
14:00 Tokyo station: see Tokyo station front and bullet trains from a roof of a building
15:00 back to your hotel

Tour Important Information
We will walk overt 2 miles. So, comfortable shoes are recommended.
Sibuya: the Scramble crossing is famous for more than 3,000 people are crossing at the same time.
Asakusa: You can see traditional culture such as the old Sensoji temple and many small shops selling souvenirs unique to Japan
Ginza: From a roof of the building, you can see central Tokyo.
Tokyo station: Very modern and well designed station building. It is interesting to see many trains coming and going from a roof of a building.

“City Tour in Tokyo.”
We booked a city tour with Eddy in Tokyo a few months ago. Eddy was very responsive when we contacted him. He was punctual, flexible, and helpful. He gave us background information on Japanese culture, history, and language. He was very patient waiting for us to shop for souvenirs and was also very accommodating when we asked to deviate a little bit from our general tour plan. He answered all of our questions and pointed out interesting sights along the way. He spoke good English and was friendly. We enjoyed spending time with Eddy and we thank him for his wonderful service.

“Trip to the RyuKyuKan Flood Control Network ”
Eddy was an absolute joy as a guide. We had a very unique request, of going to the Tokyo area flood control system, a huge underground cavern used to protect outer Tokyo. He gladly accepted such a unique tour. My wife an I were really surprised and pleased to see he even faxed our hotel to make sure we knew where to meet him! He also filled our long train rides with all kinds of fun activities, like learning about Japanese writing, history, and important phrases. Over lunch, he even taught us how to make oragami! He was very kind and patient, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you so much Eddy!
