Hiroko was a wonderful guide in Tokyo for our first visit to Japan. She communicated several times through the TripleLights website ahead of our trip to find out what our interests were, and came up with a well thought out plan accordingly. She was very well-organized, and we accomplished everything she had planned in the time allotted. I was touring with my grown daughter, and we both were very pleased. We enjoyed Hiroko’s company, and felt like we were traveling with a friend! She is very patient, thoughtful, friendly, and good company. After our time with Hiroko, we felt confident to spend the remaining days touring on our own. She was very helpful in picking places to eat, and in navigating the transit system. We saw many neighborhoods that we would never have seen on our own. I would definitely recommend her!

Myself and two daughters spent two days with Hiroko and I highly recommend for anyone visiting Tokyo. Hiroko is a wonderful guide and very patient! Travelling alone with children in a foreign country can be daunting and exhausting but with Hiroko's help we felt comfortable and confident (but still exhausted) Hiroko helped us navigate the train system so we could continue to use after our time with her. We saw many things that were on my "To Do" list and I especially enjoyed the garden and boat tour she suggested. Thank you Hiroko.

I spent an evening with Hiroko san on a Shimbashi evening tour. We had a very nice evening, seeing sights around Shimbashi and Shidome. Finally, we had a karaoke evening, and Hiroko san introduced me to Japanese songs which sounded very melodious and which I thoroughly enjoyed. ありがとう? ひろこ さん。 ジョン

Hiroko was very punctual, came prepared for our day together. Since rain was forecasted, she has 2 umbrellas for us. She also bought two bus cards, saving us from looking for correct coin amount every time we board the bus. We visited gardens in bloom w azaleas, saw a stunning exhibition in a museum. We then took the bus to Ashi lake. She had planned a boat excursion but we declined due to bad weather. We then visited the local shop where wooden secret boxes were made, fascinating.
