One Day Tokyo Tour

I booked Yumi for my first day in Tokyo to show me around and to help me learn the subway system. Yumi responded very quickly to my enquiry and after finding out which places I was interested in visiting, she came up with a plan for our day together. She met me at my hotel and we spent the day exploring Tokyo by train and on foot. At the end of our tour she returned me to my hotel and gave me brochures and maps so that I could continue exploring the city by myself during the following two days that I was there. I really enjoyed my day with Yumi, she was very friendly, extremely helpful and it felt like I was being shown around the city by a friend. I would highly recommend Yumi as a guide.

Penny san, Thank you so much for your excellent review. I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed your first visit to Tokyo. In Tokyo, transportation network is very complicated, so I wanted you to learn how to use the convenient network in Tokyo and enjoy staying in Tokyo. I'm so happy it seems to have worked and as well that you remember all the time we shared. I also enjoy the tour with you to talk about many things. Thank you so much and please come again with your family. Yumi

What you can learn about Tokyo in one day.

It’s not how much you see, but what and how much you can learn in one day, not just about this great city, but also about its people. People like Yumi, friendly, interesting, informative, knowable, willing to go out of her way, all add to one’s experiences and instill an interest and yearning to return. Yumi was the perfect guide for us.

Hi, Lorraine san and Bob san, thank you so much for the excellent review. This time, your staying in Tokyo is limited, so I wanted you to make best use of your time in a productive way. Both of you are so knowledgeable and familiar with Japanese culture, food and so on, and told me lots of interesting subject. I learned many things during the tour and enjoyed sharing the time with you. I would like to make efforts to progress and expand my expertise. I hope you will make wonderful memories in the rest of your staying in Japan. I'm looking forward to seeing you again near future. Have a good journey in Japan !

Wonderful day in Tokyo

Yumi is a wonderful guide. We had a fantastic day with her. We were able to visit a lot of great places which we would never have found by ourselves. She explained the metro system which is so complicated especially if you can’t read the Japanese signs. We loved the shrines and the temple we went to where we learnt of the symbols and how to offer a prayer. She took us to various shopping places which were all so different and interesting. We had a lovely lunch together. She gave us a lot of interesting information about the history of the places we visited. We strongly recommend Yumi as a guide. A wonderful experience. Thank you so much Yumi.
