・ In such case, the Ashi Lake Boat Cruise and ropeways may be temporarily suspended or delayed.
・However, don’t worry! We have alternative transport options ready to ensure your journey remains safe and enjoyable, no matter what the weather brings.
・Hakone is renowned as one of the best locations to witness the awe-inspiring beauty of Mt. Fuji. During the colder months, the mountain often reveals itself in its clearest and most striking form, offering perfect conditions for breathtaking views.
・If the weather is favorable, we’ll make sure to visit the scenic viewpoints, where you can capture stunning photos of Mt. Fuji against the serene backdrop of Hakone's natural landscape. These moments will surely become unforgettable memories!

“Half-day tour with Romy!”
We had a great time with Romy touring the Meiji Jingu shrine! Romy was so knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the shrine itself and also about Japanese history. Romy was cheerful and guided us well. She made an effort to talk to each person on the tour to make sure they were having a good time (my daughter said “she is amazing, I learned so much”). We ate at a restaurant she recommended which was fabulous and near our hotel. We are so grateful that Romy was able to lead our tour.

“Fantastic Guide Romi san”
