“The warmest guide you could ask for”
We engaged Saki-san wanting to see Nagoya through a local's perspective, but got so much more. From the get-go, she felt just like a friend. As a fellow young parent, she was patient and could absolutely anticipate the needs of our two young families, engaging the young ones while making great recommendations for our group. I especially enjoyed having her there as a fellow Ghibli fan, and she was instrumental in pointing us through shortcuts that made our time extremely well spent. Her command of English is superb and she is so warm hearted, even helping us find a stylist for one of our daughters to get her back to school trim. Thank you loads Saki-san!
“Fantastic, experienced guide for families”
We are two young families with kids and Yasu-san was an absolute gem. Firstly he has superb time management. Even with meltdowns, bruised knees and a ton of crowds at peak tourist season coming with the territory, he still managed to get us through a ton of sights and get us to great vantage points for photos. Also, his knowledge is fantastic, every sight was explained with care and he even shared some of his exciting life experiences with us. The children took to him instantly and he was very gracious with them.

Dear Mel Thank you very much for nice words for the tour on 6 Dec. I am also very happy to know that you have enjoyed the tour. You have nice children. They were so cute! It was an interesting topic that we were managed to go in Kinkakuji at the closing its door as the last group. Yasu
“Family First day in Tokyo ”
We are a family of 4, kids ages 11 and 9. We loved our time with Chiaki. She met us at our hotel and brought us through Tsukiji Outer Market, Hongwanji Temple and through food hall and Ginza six garden. She helped so much finding food for all of us to try, especially the kids. We had a wonderful time. Chiaki is kind and knowledgeable.

Dear Matt, thank you so much for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review! It was my pleasure guiding you and your wonderful family around. I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed exploring these places. Watching your girls try the food and have new experiences at the market made me happy. I hope you enjoy your trip through Asian countries. Thank you again!
