“Customized our Tour of Tokyo”
We enjoyed seeing Tokyo with Yuka. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to understand. We appreciated her flexibility in putting together a customized tour, which she then amended as we went along due to stormy and wet weather. We had a delicious lunch in a small restaurant which we greatly enjoyed.

“A tour of central Tokyo with Yuka”
We had arranged for Yuka to be our guide online, having not used this way previously. Yuka was very responsive in communicating with us before and to arrange the tour. We met her at out hotel and set off on the Subway to central Tokyo, where Yuka took us to see a number of highlights, both old and new, all of which were very interesting. Yuka's English was very good and she explained the significance of the sites we visited very well, and she recommended a very good Japanese fast food restaurant for lunch - all great fun. Yuka was charming and delightful, and we were delighted with our experience of Tokyo under her guidance - we have no hesitation in recommending Yuka as a guide to others visiting Japan.

“Shinjuku to Mt Fuji”
Yuka arrived early at our hotel to take us to subway station for Shinjuku. There was a little bit of confusion regarding getting the reserved tickets for the limited express train to Mt. Fuji. But all was resolved quickly by Yuka. Upon boarding the train, we were lucky to enjoy the reserved seating as the aisle was packed with standing passengers. One thing is that Japan Rail should consider increase number of carriages for this popular route as the feeling on the train was not good. It was completely different with the coach ride returning to Shinjuku. It was comfortable and relaxing. Thank you Yuka for arranging the itinerary as we get to experience Mt Fuji at its splendour.

(39 reviews)Thank you so much yesterday, Raymond. I understand you worked hard as a leader though you are friends and all very kind. The train was super crowded. I was surprised and uncomfortable too. I'll make this tour better with your suggestions.
