“Personalized Tokyo Journey”

I usually don't write reviews but felt i had to express my appreciation for the day we spent with Akira. Akira is the most informative,kind, patient and pleasant individual you could wish to meet. He has a great knowledge of Tokyo and took us to his favourite restaurants for lunch and coffee. He showed us the places that tourists would not usually see and tailored the tour to our requirements. He even stayed with us longer than was necessary so that we could meet our next appointment at the correct place and time. I honestly wouldn't look anywhere else if you are looking for a Tokyo guide. Akira will exceed your expectations in every respect and it was a privilege to spend the day with him.

“Tokyo Background Tour”

As first time visitors to Japan - first stop Tokyo- my wife and I had a delightful day exploring less frequented neighborhoods, coffee shops and restaurants. We also visited some popular iconic spots as well. Our guide, Akira, was so knowledgeable, thoughtful and candid. We had lots of questions and Akira provided us with some keen insight, history and personal perspective. This visit and Akira’s guidance was perfect for our continued adventure and exploration in Japan.

“Another Five Star Review!!!”

My family of five adults had a wonderful time in our first day out in Japan, arriving in Tokyo, and having Akira as our guide. If you read all of his other reviews, there is not a lot to add! We chose Akira, because he would show us the “off the beaten path” side of Tokyo, which he did with much knowledge and experience. We had a marvelous time seeing these special neighborhoods and enjoying their delicious cuisine; be it a rice cracker shop, coffee cafe, or friendly restaurant, everything was wonderful. Akira was so thoughtful and took many family photos of us during the tour that he shared with us. Capturing the beauty of the cherry blossoms and the lovely scenery. He also was helpful in explaining the public transportation system and how to book tickets, something that was a concern before our arrival. His kind nature, thoughtful personality, and extensive knowledge of Tokyo are all reasons to have him as a guide. My family greatly appreciated the time he spent with us and he made our introduction to Tokyo and Japan a very memorable experience.
