Inclusions & Exclusions
¥45500 (¥6500×7h) for guide fee
¥3000 for transportations for guide (including round-trip fare from guide's to your hotel)
Costs for foods & drinks, entrance fee, for you and guide.
Transportations for participants.
Please note that above costs are needed on the day of the tour.
Tour Important Information
1) This is not a bus tour or private-car tour. Please note that main means of transportation in this tour is your foot(!) and public transportations.
2) Sometime it takes time to design itinerary, so I am appreciated if you book this tour at least by a week in advance of the date of the tour.
3) I only make contact with future participants of my tour, not with middle men (such as tour company personnel), to avoid confusion and misunderstanding.

“Tokyo History and Food with Akira”
We had a great trip to the Tsujiki fish market where we tried fresh and fatty tuna sashimi and then a sake flight where we learned about the new styles of sake trending. Lunch was a delicious bowl of wavy noodle ramen. Then to Asakusa where we saw a Buddhist and Shinto temple and learned about their history. Akira is a great guide and a friendly person who we enjoyed spending the day with.

Enjoy Kabuki tomorrow and you should check the performance of Bando Tamasaburo who is one of the best actor in Kabuki's history. “Knowledgeable and very personable guide!”
We booked with Akira for 2 days at the start of our trip to Tokyo. We were able to visit the major sites on our priority list and this included changing the itinerary around last minute because of bad weather. The Meiji Shrine will stand out as an unexpected highlight because of the understanding and the experience we got from Akira guiding us through participating in the symbolic aspects of the visit. He also helped us scratch our foodie itches with local tips to places. And he helped us navigate the maze of a transit subway system in the city (that alone is reason for a guide!). Would recommend Akira without any hesitation to anyone visiting Tokyo for the first time!
