Sensoji Temple

Senso-ji Temple, which is now the most visited temple in Japan, has a long history from ancient times through the medieval and early modern periods (the Edo period), and is also an archaeological site [29] that contains important historical materials in its underground. Prior to the reconstruction of the five-story pagoda, which was destroyed by fire during the war, an excavation survey of the reconstruction site was conducted in 1970, which yielded valuable academic results.

“Hired A Private Car For A Tour Of Nikko”

Because it's challenging to easily get to all the sites around Nikko, we hired a private car to take the two of us to six or seven locations (e.g., waterfalls, embassy villas on the lake, etc.). Our driver retained through GoWithGuide was great - a careful driver, kind and helpful. We had a wonderful day and would use their service again.
