“Amazing orientation and first day in Tokyo!”

It would be hard to put into words how grateful we were to have selected Yumi as our guide. Coming off a 14 hour flight, I was most concerned with general orientation, the train system and checking off some “must do” items. Yumi completely accommodated this, helping us purchase the right train passes, and planning a day that was busy but not rushed and hit off on a key neighborhoods. We felt much better about being to navigate the next 5 days we were there because of Yumi. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Tokyo but also about what makes sense to do in a day. “Great Tokyo guide!”

We spent our first half a day in Japan with Yumi. She was very attentive and thoughtful of our needs. She taught us a lot about Japanese customs and culture, and took us to special places that are not on the regular tour guide. She enquired in advance about our interests and made sure to adjust the tour to our taste.

“Exploring Tokyo as first timers”

We chose Yumi based on other reviews and were delighted we did. Prior to our trip the communication was excellent. We are a family consisting of mum, dad, son & daughter in law. The age difference meant we all wanted different things. Yumi took this into consideration and created the perfect itinerary for us. We covered Sensoji Temple; Hamarikyu Gardens; Tsukji Fish Markets; Imperial Palace & Gardens & Asakusa Tourist Information Centre Viewing Tower. Needless to say that if we hadn't had Yumi we'd still be trying to find a way out of the Ginza station. Highly recommended her for your trip. Thank you Yumi from Barbara, Paul, Dylan & Rachael.
