“Great introduction to Tokyo with Yumi. ”

Our private Tokyo tour with Yumi was absolutely phenomenal. We visited many iconic attractions, and her insights made each one unforgettable. She was incredibly accommodating, adjusting the itinerary to our pace and interests. A huge highlight was how she patiently taught us how to use the complex metro system which transformed our entire trip and made navigating the city of breeze for the rest of our stay. Yumi is a true gem, deeply knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the sharing the magic of Tokyo. I intended to provide information that would be useful for your Tokyo stay starting the next day.I'm glad the metro information was helpful. “No one better for Tokyo’s hidden gems”

Our three-generation family had an absolutely fantastic experience at Tsujiki Outer Market with our guide, Yumi-san. Her deep knowledge of the market's history and iconic details truly brought the area to life for us. She was incredibly thoughtful, helping us navigate the bustling crowds, managing the different paces of our group, and pointing out hidden gems we would have missed on our own. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to find some of the most delicious food and get an authentic taste of the market's vibrant atmosphere. Yumi-san even helped us find garbage bins (which any seasoned traveller in Japan knows can be challenging). Yumi-san is in our photo album.. We highly recommend her to any family looking for an unforgettable tour.

Jonathan san Thank you for your excdellent review.　Your family was truly wonderful. You respected each other's opinions and wishes, and shared them with me, which was very helpful as your guide. Seeing everyone enjoy their meals so heartily and your father's comical gestures—though it was a short time, I had a wonderful time myself. “Full day tour, Yumi is a treasure”

I had originally had booked a tour with another guide, but unfortunately he injured his knee and was unable to guide us. This happened about a week before our departure and it made us a little anxious but he worked with GoWithGuide to find us a replacement and Yumi was available. We were grateful that she was able to step in and she was fantastic! Our group was 2 couples around age 50. This was our first trip to Japan and our first full day after traveling. Our itinerary included Senso-ji temple, Akihabra, Tsukiji market, the Imperial Palace, and Shibuya crossing. Getting around the city, we mainly used the subway or walked. Yumi met us in the lobby of our hotel in Shinjuku and the first thing we did was go to the ticket counter at the station and helped us to buy Shinkansen tickets for later in our trip. She helped us to learn how to navigate the public transportation system throughout the day which set us up to feel confident and independent for the rest of our stay. I also appreciated her knowledge of history and teaching us the customs and etiquette of Japanese culture, especially at temple and shrines. Yumi was kind, flexible, communicative, had a good sense of humor, speaks and writes English well, and is everything you'd imagine Japanese hospitality to be. Her value is greater than the price we paid and I'd recommend her to my friends and family. If I come back to Japan, I will definitely contact her again.
