“Perfect For Families”
From the day we booked him, 5 months ago, Dan has been very easy to communicate with and very responsive. He really listened to our specific needs and wants. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a family friendly tour guide! Our son has special needs and Dan made it a priority to connect with him and make him feel cared for. We were also able to ask him all kinds of questions, prior to our trip and of course as well as during our tours, and he would take the time to do some research if he already didn't know the answer. Overall, it felt like we were visiting the city with a friend. The only problem we had is something we can't control : the time flies way too fast! So, the more you communicated beforehand, the more you'll get out of it.

“Outstanding Tour with Rika!”
We had an absolutely wonderful tour with Rika to Hiroshima and Miyajima. Leading up to the tour, she was excellent communicating with me regarding our day and our preferences. On the day of our tour, she met us at the train station and then we proceeded first to Miyajima. We were able to see some beautiful locations around the island and then shop and have some treats. It was wonderful having Rika to help with transportation, and translate and converse with shop owners and explain to us the food offerings. We then went to Honkawa Elementary School Peace Museum which was a truly unforgettable experience, and then continued on to Hiroshima Peace Park. Rika is an incredible guide and an absolute treasure. My family and children loved her and were engaged the entire time. We hope to return to Hiroshima someday and tour with Rika again!

“Great Experience but hard to understand”
We went to Chiran and Senganen. Both are worth seeing. Our guide was super nice and accommodating, but hard to understand. He doesn’t have a very loud voice, so almost impossible to understand while driving in car. At sites, it was better but still hard. He was very knowledgeable of cultural site st Senganen garden and we especially enjoyed learning more about industrial part of history. We also really enjoyed seeing the glass blowing factory at the garden. Not part of official tour, but it was really interesting. Moriaki is a nice and personable guide that really tries to please you.
