The Hara Model Railway Museum
Yokohama station is famous for the Japan first railway station together with Tokyo Shimbashi station where imported steam locomotive started to run in 1872. This museum showcases almost every type of locomotive, many kinds of tarins at world-wide base. You can be attracted by the great diorama, which always continues to be refreshed by the current world issues, like Banksy's artworks, the story of the world-famous paintings etc. Let's be back to our childhood!
Makuzu ware Museum (open only Sat, Sun) or Kanagawa Museum of Cultural History or Yokohama English Garden
Yokohama port was the Japan first port to open to overseas in 1859. In order for Japan to take a aggressive step towards modernization, the lacquer ware, so called "Makuzu ware" started to be exported to Europe and USA etc. as one of the best artworks of Japan through this Yokohama port until the end of WW2. Let's enjoy this variable breathtaking artworks.
Sankeien Japanese Garden
This garden was founded by a famous silk trader, Hara Sankei in 1906. Most of the Japanese traditional architectures were moved here from the long-historical cities, like, Kyoto, Gifu, Kamakura etc. to reserve these cultural heritages. You can view all Yokohama landscapes from the top of the mountain and feel relaxed with the greenery and flowers etc. Let's enjoy the Ramen (late lunch) at a traditional tea house, or simple maccha green tea ceremony there.
Yokohama China Town near to Yamashita Park (Osanbashi Pier)
At the time of Meiji Restoration since 1868, many foreigners and China immigrants were coming to Yokohama to bring any kinds of advanced technologies, cultures etc., China immigrants started to create their communities as the China town. After the two major disasters (Great Kanto Earthquakes in 1923, Air raids in 1945), China town has also recovered, having more that 600 shops now one of the biggest China towns in the world. Let' enjoy the colorful and exotic feeling there.
End of tour per your requested place (Yokohama17:00, Tokyo18:00 by bus)
Once you need to get your flight at Haneda airport to your home country, we can get on limousine bus to Haneda airport by 50 minutes( in this case, the tour will be seven hours)

This is the customized tour upon the cruising passengers getting on/off Yokohama port. Some proposed site is open only to Sat, Sun, so I can be flexible to propose some other sites or accept to meet your requirements, if any. If you have any difficulties to keep your luggage during our tour, I wiil be able to show you one proposal, don't hesitate to contact me.

Transportation fee and lunch of you and a guide will be paid by the customer.
-I am working at Haneda airport from Monday to Thursday, but you can ask me your preferable guiding date as you like.I try my best adjusting it.

“Open-Air Museum Tour with Munetaka ”
Such a lovely museum tour with Munetaka! Full of smiles and joy. It happened to have been a very rainy day in Hakone but nothing stopped him. We were willing to walk with umbrellas (he had none), walk up a very steep path (and many stairs) to the trolley to the museum (all with a lot of laughter) and made it to the museum, where he told us about his childhood memories there. He was kind and warm and just lovely! Thank you for these valuable memories!

We hired Munetaka as our guide for three consecutive days. The Tokyo excursion was first on the agenda. He was early, organized and eager to start the trip. Munetaka was knowledgeable about Japan history, culture and food. He also put in much effort to secure three tickets to travel to Mt. Fuji at last minute when everything was sold out five weeks ago.
